[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart products not deliverable issue

I live in a prime location in Hyderabad. Since last 2 weeks I see that most of the products on flipkart are not deliverable at my pincode (Gachibowli - 500032).

I have tried reaching the customer care executives but they are do not have necessary information regarding the issue. Some of them don't even call back to address the problem

ALMOST 80 PERCENT OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON FLIPKART ARE NOT BEING DELIVERED HERE FOR NO OBVIOUS REASON. FLIPKART MUST MAKE IT CLEAR AS TO WHY THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS ACROSS MANY PLACES IN INDIA

I have received a call from the customer care of Flipkart and they have informed me that the orders are not being delivered to my location as a precaution for COVID 19. The courier partners are operating with limited teams and hence the delivery operations have been affected Phone number : +91-44-61762300 (Flipkart Customer Service) The issue has been resolved

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Did u really got your issue resolved ?
I mean I'm living in Kukatpally 500072, and have many flipkart warehouses near by location but no product is sellable to my pincode either., surprisingly one of the order canceled after reaching Bangalore from seller location for further shipment to my location. Also surprisingly all other service partners go to and from place. All major courier services still serve in my location but not flipkart products or services. Very strange. But i totally understand the concern in operating with limited man power during this pandemic and i too don't want them risking their lives for this. But flipkart has to answer my question till date no satisfying answer or resolution provided to me.
