Flipkart — flipkart promoting sale of defective products and not refunding

Dear Sir/ Madam, This is further to my earlier mails and complaint to flipkart regarding the google nexus 6 purchased from Flipkart for rs.43999/- and got a replacement due to the instrument being defective as.it had severe heating up issue and battery drainage. The instrument was replaced and another handset was given of the same model on may 9 th 2015. The handset received in replacement also faced the same issue of severe heating of the instrument. Therefore, the very next day we mailed flipkart a complaint regarding the same and towards which their executive called us next day at 5 pm. Firstly would like to specifically mention that the executive who called us Mr. Sheikh Ibrahim was an intolerant person who instead of hearing out our issue with the handset, kept interrupting rudely and repeating standardly that applications are running so handset is heating. We allowed him to run all tests for more than half hour. Still he kept saying only one thing applications are running. He is so uneducated about the mobile software that he was instructing us to even stop the running of the inbuilt applications like clock and keyboard. Even then we acceded to his instruction so he could see the problem we r facing that is severe heating up of the handset which he could see as he accessed our handset remotely, Please note that within 20 minutes of his remote access to our phone he could see that temperature had risen to 42 degrees within such a short span of time still he went on repeating his standard statement as if he was told to speak the same. The conversation can be checked from their end as they are supposed to be having a recording of such complaints being a service centre as per the existing laws. We even contacted the Motorola service centre and Even after the Motorola service centre saying that the heating of mobile is not right and should not happen and instructed us to get back to flipkart itself as this particular model is sold online on few websites and only they have the authority to take it back as purchased also from there. There is a humble request to kindly look into this issue and help us for a refund as heating up of a phone is hazardous and too dangerous unlike any other issues of mobile handset and it can burst causing permanent damages as happening in many cases, especially with this particular handset having inbuilt battery. DOES IT MEAN I HAVE TO WAIT TILL IT BURSTS??? AND WE ARE SEVERELY INJURED?? As they were well aware of such complaints coming in regarding this particular handset so they dropped the sale prices also within two months and since they were aware they replaced first time. We will be forced to take legal recourse so that no person should be injured/ death due battery blast and no doubt my family members after paying high cost for this. You may further check our records, that we have purchased many things from flipkart and never asked for refund since we are facing a genuine issue we are approaching you this time. Awaiting and requesting you humbly for a positive and genuine approach from your end keeping in mind the customers safety and well being. Praying and having faith in your good office to resolve my issue. Thanks and regardsr website has good reputation and should not look like your office is hand in glove in selling such products which we purchase with so much TRUST AND FAITH. In case still you are not able to consider the issue with the handset provided by you as genuine, then We will be forced to take legal recourse so that no person will be injured/ death due to battery blast.
