[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart Refund not credited in my account

I have purchased a purchased a Acer laptop on 16-10-20. @1.38 AM. And 21990 payment made by SBI debit card. I cancel this order on same day after 2 minute. Flipkart generated refund id - CR20101601413918055232906. and informed me that refund will be added on my bank account till 19-10-20. But till, date refund amount not credited in my bank account.
Several time, i contacted Flipkart customer care via phone, Email and Twitter post. But my issue not resolved. I also contacted, SBI customer care as per advice given by Flipkart customer care and SBI representative told me that they did not get any payment instruction from Flipkart so they are unable to help me in this regard.
I also provided latest bank statement to Flipkart by e mail. Despite looking this issue and find out where my refunded amount stuck, Flipkart representative only extending resolution time .
I need immediate action in this issue.and Flipkart should immediately process my refunded amount to my account.

On 27-10-20, i got my refund, so i am closing my complain

Updated by Ranjan_953 I phone the SBI customer care and visited the Branch. Both told that they did not receive any refund initiation advice from Flipkart and they unable to help me. Several times, i contacted Flipkart customer care and also provided the Bank statement. But did not get any resolution from your End .only Flipkart representative extending resolution time frame. Why not you people enquire, where my refund get stucked and provide me immediate resolution

Updated by Ranjan_953 Bank person told that, he has not any system to track third party refund process. So, better to contact flipkart regarding refund issue. So, i request, Flipkart Executive to look in this issue and initiate my refund as earliest

Today i have shared latest bank statement from 16-10-20 to 23-10-20 on twitter via DM message. Kindly check it. Bank statement clearly reflect that amount not credited in my account

8 days passed but i still could not received my refund. Every passing day ruined to contacting Flipkart and bank in hope that i will get back my. Refund. Today i have email latest bank statement dated 15-10-20 to 24-10 20 to Flipkart customer care e mail id. Where you can check it that till date, i could not get back my refund. Kindly help me and processed my refund..

Updated by Ranjan_953 Hi Flipkart team, i am still waiting for resoloution from your side. I became fadeup with regular follow up with Bank and Flipkart. Only i am getting extension of time. Despite getting my refund. Kindly resolve my issue and provide me refund
