[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart refusing refund | |||
It has recently become a pain to do business with Flipkart. First of all, I don't understand their policy of only exchange and no refund policy. Not sure how they expect a online purchase to be without an option for refund. I had to fight for 5-6 days with them recently for a refund. I changed to Amazon recently and doing business with them has been painless. I recently ordered a Lenovo Vibe (OD[protected] and was given a mobile that doesn't work at all. For the last 5 days I was taken through their pain of Flipakt product experts who suggested a few troubleshooting tips but nothing worked. I am being only given an option to exchange it for a new mobile and not a refund. I hope Flipkart gets rid of these stupid policies and make it more customer centric. Verified Support Feb 03, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that quality of the product bad and he received the defective product and he looking for the refund. Informed customer refund is not possible and already replacement is done. Hence clsoing the case.

Completely pathetic customer service from Flipkart...Unbelievable...moving to Amazon.

Flipkart is having worst customer retention policy. Recently I have purchased a MotoG back cover. I asked for return and needed to proceed with another item instead. Flipkart had refused it saying they do not have refund policy.
So, on there website products are shown incorrectly and if customers purchases a wrong product, Flipkart won't refund the amount. It is sear case of misguiding and customer exploitation. They may check the history of my purchases and can provide the refund in case of this mistake, but they feel they are unopposed in the industry and every one have to came to there site. They have to remember Amazon in here and they will loose customers to Amazon by giving zero importance to customers.

Now, permanently moving to Amazon.
