Flipkart — flipkart return request approved and accepted but not being picked up till date

I purchased a product from Flipkart. Upon receiving it, I noticed size issue and quality issues and immediately placed a return request on the same day.

However, on the scheduled pickup day, the delivery executive canceled my return request without my consent. This has happened multiple times (6–7 times) for the same product. And each time I called customer care as well but they were not capable to help me into this.

I request your assistance in resolving this issue. This behavior from the customer care executive, delivery executive, as well as the Ekart Logistics hub manager, is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Please take appropriate action and ensure my return request is processed at the earliest.
