Flipkart — Flipkart seller (indiflashmart) - 3rd party vendor of flipkart refuses to refund.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a ordered a Samsung Galaxy A8 tab from flipkart on 23 July, 2022. Today is 27 August, 2022 and Flipkart has neither delivered the product nor refunded the money. I contacted flipkart several times and everytime they tell me that they will provide me the refund of rupees 13624 within 24-72 hrs but after waiting for the given time, the refund never comes. On 25 August Flipkart assured me that they will refund the money in Flipkart wallet within 24 hrs but today is 27 August and after waiting for 48 hrs the refund is not yet done by flipkart.
