[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart sended me refurbished product and delay in replacement/return.

Sir, flipkart se ek issue hai merA,

Maine flipkart Avita ka liber 3500u laptop liya tha, but seller ne mujhe refurbished product send kar diya uski brand seal open thi,

Pehle flipkart wale bole ki replacement ho jayega, fir unhone kafi time lagaya, fir mujhe phone karke Bolte ki replacement nahi ho pa Raha corona ki vajah se or fir bole ki return karwa dete hai, but return ke liye pickup schedule hua subah aur sham Ko automatically cancelled ho gya Bina kisi ke aye.

Inn Sab me mera 1 month time waste ho gya, than I call them and tell issue then they tell me sir aap apni taraf se return raised kardo, but jab Mai return ke liye click Kiya toh waha pe show ho Raha hai, your return policy is over (flipkart smart game) iss sabme flipkart ne hi Time waste Kiya mera, they do fake promises, fake pickup massage, and fake customer services.and they said me we don't know about inner package that seller sended me, but I told you guys what is my mistake in it, my mistake is that I choose flipkart to buy laptop.

Technical visit completed, seller accepted product because he knows what he sended me, but there is mistake by flipkart, they thought they are normal people, they don't fight with large company like flipkart.
(Jab new laptop delivered ho Sakta hai toh mera laptop pickup kyu nahi ho Sakta)

Yes I am middle class people, but I do my best, if I really need refurbished product then why choose I flipkart, I choose another platforms.

I have all important proof, and video recording.and I said last time to them if these matter is not sort out than I do consumer complaint against them.and given me again time till 31/may/21 again Tarik pe Tarik.
But till now issue not resolved, they sended replacement product their delivery date is 24/may/21, but till now not received product, and flipkart app it's show that delivery on 24/may/21, they not updated status, I requested to consumer court please resolve my issue, I am student, in these pandemic situation I need very urgent laptop.
