Flipkart — Flipkart should be banned from India, not even considering customer as a human. Part 1(2nd time raising it)
I have purchased a 2 chairs from Flipkart, one for me and to my colleague.
If we sit on the chair and lean back we are felling down. Observed same issue for both the chair. I do no know what quality check measurements from Flipkart. Out 2 chairs if 2 chairs are having same issue think the quality of items in flipkart. This one part of the issue. Below is the one more major issues after the sales.
Now I have raised the complaint on both the orders.
Order 1: Order ID - OD[protected]
Order 2: Order ID - OD[protected]
This order 2 is mine and order 1 is my colleagues. Below mention details are related to order 2.
On the installation day of 24th October 2020 raised an issue by the installation person and later by me. They just kept replacement but the chair is not even dispatched or not approving refund after 20 days. If we reach to customer care they are not even giving any response and after some time the call will be disconnected.
Please do not buy any items from flipkart.
Amazon is way far better is services after sale and quality of the product compared to flipkart.
