URGENT: Almost ONE MONTH - No Resolution, No Refund from Flipkart for Faulty Mixer Grinder - Unacceptable Service & Communication Breakdown
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart / Flipkart Smartbuy regarding a severe and unresolved warranty issue with my Flipkart Smart Buy mixer grinder (Ticket No:[protected], Claim ID: CLAFLK[protected], Order ID: OD[protected].
I first reported the product as non-functional on June 23, 2025. Despite numerous calls, emails, and repeated assurances, the issue remains entirely unresolved, and I have not received the promised refund. It has now been almost ONE MONTH since the initial complaint.
Throughout this period, I have been met with a series o[censored]nfulfilled promises and a complete breakdown in communication:
Repeatedly Missed Deadlines:
I was initially told an update would be provided within 8-10 days from June 26th. This deadline was missed. Subsequent calls promised "final resolution" within 48 hours, which also did not materialize. An email on July 7, 2025, at 14:43, requested "further 48 hours to get a call from concerned team," and that deadline was also missed without any call or resolution.
Failed Communication Channels - Critical Issue:
Most critically, when a refund was finally discussed, Flipkart explicitly asked for my bank account details and promised to send an email for me to reply to. THIS CRUCIAL EMAIL WAS NEVER SENT TO ME.in an attempt to move the process forward, I proactively drafted and sent an email containing my bank details to Flipkart on [Date you sent your bank details email], but this email BOUNCED BACK, indicating a severe failure in their own communication channels.
This situation is utterly unacceptable. My product is defective and unusable, my time has been wasted for almost a month, and I am unable to even provide the necessary details for a refund due to their communication failures.
I demand an immediate resolution: a full refund for the faulty Flipkart Smart Buy mixer grinder
I have exhausted all direct communication channels with Flipkart and Smartbuy, and their inability to resolve this issue or even maintain basic communication is a grave concern. I urge this platform to intervene and help facilitate a just resolution.
