Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recurring issue I've faced with the milk products I ordered from Flipkart. On 22nd May, I ordered 3 KG of milk which was delivered within 30 minutes. However, when I boiled the milk, it curdled, and upon checking, I noticed that it had an expiry date of the same day, 22nd May. While I appreciated the prompt refund, the situation did not improve the following morning.
I ordered 3 KG of milk again, this time with an expiry date of 23rd May, only to find that it too curdled. When I approached the store for a return, they insisted that they had delivered fresh milk. This has raised serious concerns about their practice of providing products close to or on the date of expiry, which can pose health risks to consumers.
Moreover, Flipkart’s customer support has been less than helpful, as they have denied my request for a customer care email ID for further assistance.
I kindly urge you to investigate the practices of these stores regarding the sale of FMCG products with near expiry dates, as this could significantly impact the health and well-being of end users.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Best Regards,
Kamal Agarwal
