Subject: Complaint against Flipkart for selling a fake Samsung Evo Plus memory card
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Flipkart for delivering a counterfeit product and failing to resolve my grievance despite repeated attempts.
1. Details of Purchase
• Product: Samsung Evo Plus Memory Card (128 GB)

• Order Date: 30 April 2026
• Delivered On: 3 May 2026
• Price Paid: ₹1842 (via UPI)
• Seller: Flipkart
2. Issue Faced
On 26 July 2026, when I attempted to access files stored on the memory card, all files were found corrupted. Since the product was advertised with a 10 year warranty, I contacted Samsung B2B Care for support.
Samsung requested the model number and product images. On 27 July 2026, I received an official email from Samsung confirming that the memory card is not a genuine Samsung product and is a fake item. They advised me to approach the point of purchase (Flipkart).
3. Attempts to Resolve with Flipkart
• On 27 July 2026, I filed a complaint through my Flipkart profile. The complaint was marked “resolved” without any actual resolution or response.

• I then contacted Flipkart customer care by phone and lodged another complaint. On the same day, Flipkart emailed me stating that the issue was escalated to the concerned team. However, since then, I have received no updates or resolution.
4. Evidence Attached

• Email from Samsung confirming the product is fake.
• Order and payment details.
5. Relief Sought
• Immediate refund of ₹1842 paid for the fake product.
• Action against Flipkart for selling counterfeit goods.
