[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart - tv installation delay and the subsequent loss

I ordered 43 inch tv from flipkart for which 12th aug 2019, 7pm was the installation time.

There is no phone on who the service guy is. After 3 calls, flipkart gave
Me a phone number and that person picked once and told he will get back to
Me. After 2 hrs, the phone itself is switched off.

Since then 5 escalations, 1 top up, 3 twitter social media requests, even
Now, 1 phone to danish and am yet to see any rca, any progress nor any
Compensation in this matter.

Assuming that the installation guy will come, i have to take a leave a day
From office and sit at home biting by nails when he will come. I have to loose pay for one day because of flipkart waiting for service guy to deliver. Flipkart has been irresponsible and uncourteous about this. Hence, required flipkart to compensate one day salary loss of 6000 rs to me.

I purchased Motorola ZX2 40 inches in Flipkart. 1st June, 21 is the my installation date. Till now no one reach me. Everyday I'm getting new installation person number. He is not all responding. Number of times I call to them no one answering properly. I'm disappointed with service.

I'm trying all the customer care numbers of Flipkart and Jeeves. All these are playing with customers.
I ordered a 32 inch Led realme tv from flipkart & the tv delivered on 18 th June 2021 but the installation was on 20th June 2021 till 7pm I tried to call the technicians but he rejected my call I raised a complaint but flipkart didnt sent any feedback.

Now I have to take 1more leave to my office assuming that the technician will come on 21st. Now I have to loose pay for one day because of flipkart waiting for service guy to deliver. Flipkart has been irresponsible and uncourteous about this. Hence, required flipkart to compensate one day salary loss of 3000 rs to me.
