Flipkart manager went personal on me for the issues they had at their end and could not resolve in time. Couple of years back, their credit card payment failed, meaning the bank account was debited but at their end, it showed as payment failure.
I was attempting to buy 2 smartphones through this transaction, since they could not fix this, i was forced to cancel the transaction and re-ordered with cash on delivery option.
Still, flipkart went vindictive and blocked my account. Excuse given was that i cancelled the order, though it was due to the fact that they could not fix the issue in time, and i re-ordered.
Need intervention to unblock my account pls.
