Flipkart — flipkart unblock my account and after 3 day again flipkart blocked my account.

I am order a us polo assn. Jacket by the flipkart but i am recieved empty brand box only. So regarding this i am informed flipkart customers and customers create a refund request but my flipkart account was blocked by flipkart. But i am continuously contact with flipkart regarding this but my flipkart account was not unblocked. But 3 day ago on 22 jun 2020 i am receiving a mail from flipkart social media team in this email metion my flipkart account has been activated again so i am able login again but my main issue was not resolved regarding the product. I am complaing about this and flipkart customers take 48 hours time but flipkart not provide any resolution and again blocked my flipkart account. This is clearly show flipkart is a fraud and cheater platform in india. I am mentioning all the proof email received from flipkart and also mentioning incident id.
