This is in reference to my order on flifkart as per details below
1) od[protected] ethnic bazaar self design girl's lehenga, choli and dupatta set
2) od[protected] port mojaris shoes size 8
Wrt order no. 1 flipkart vendor dispatched smaller size so my 10 year old daughter got disappointed with the same. I convinced her to replace the same. So i put return request for replacement with bigger size. Flipkart denied the replacement stating the required item is out of stock. For this i shall never forgive flipkart for playing with emotions/feelings of my kid. Moreover after asking for refund they have immediately arranged for pick up and assured me for refund within 24 hours but they fail to do so as well. Their customer service is one of the worst in the world. Each one tells you different story. Its a issue of training and servicing.
Wrt order no. 2 flipkart managed to send wrong item (I. E. Kids mojaries instead of mans shoes) thrice which is a worst experience in my life. I had spoken to their customer service officer time and again to dispatch the right item but they failed to do so time and again after assuring to dispatch the right item.
I have paid them in advance without any item in my hand till date. I would like to have compensation for such a harassment and man hour spent on speaking to customer service officers who don't bother to resolve your complaint rather you are one of tick mark customer for them Was this information helpful? |
