Hi,

Hope I get a solution here.

I had ordered the Godrej 241l frost free double door refrigerator RT EON 241 P 3.4, Silver meadow costing Rs 24590 in FLIPKART and the order ID OD[protected] on 25th April 2016 it was delivered to my home.


My wife received it and was shocked after opened it. The product what we saw in the website and on App was totally different. The design was correct but the inside feature and specifications was totally different. The one which we saw was having 3 trays with 3 box in the door and many more. So immediately I raised the replacement request on the app and it was agreed and mentioned it will be replaced next day that is 26th April 2016. I also called the customer and explained all the issue she told that we will deliver the right product by tomorrow and gave the ticket number which is "[protected]" we waited for one day no update received. So I called next day 27th April 2016 one the status the customer care person told me that there are investigating and will be delivered by two days thats on 28th April 2016. Again there was no update I again called on 28th again new ticket given "[protected]" mentioned will update by 29th EOD. As usual no update no one called sms and email too.

Today that is 30th April from morning 8AM I called them 5-6 times to check the status and we tried reaching there supervisor or Manger, one two were connected but the was disconnected and I again I had give a call. Latter again final one person told will resolve the issue by today EOD and gave one more ticket number "[protected]"

I had attached the product pictures off the flipkart app and one which I was supposed to receive.
Please investigate

Please check and take the correct action and help me getting the correct product ASAP.
I am getting frustrated and mentally ill on this issue as my money is involved in it.

Please help

    I bought sharp washing machine(od[protected]on 31march2016 . on 9apr2016 it got delivered to my home. on 16 April the technician came for demo and installation and found washing machine defective. the technician flipkart sent to me asked itself to return the damaged washing machine. so i applied for return on 16 April itself. on 19 my return request got approved and flipkart cc mailed me that they will refund 15490rs when product will pickup.
    24apr i again followed up and they said it will be done in two business day.

    but on 30 april they sent me a mail asking that i have to sent 80kg waited washing mashine to kolkata from odisha.
    its tottaly unethical, how can they send me a damaged product and ask me to send it on my own.

    they are advertising in tv flipkart matlab bilkul pakka but they dont mean it.

    i bought 78000 rs product from flipkart in last month and this is my first return that 2 it is covered under 30 days replacement policy.

    they are cheating pepole .

    i never expected flipkart will cheat like this.

      been about a year and the scroll wheel has started to malfuction
      Mouse has been very well maintained
      the defect is due to fault in manufacturing/ the product has been tampered before packaging, since Steelseries never manufactures a product that get's spoiled within 2 years

        Another Scam is going to happen with me a guy called me on 29/04/2016 at 8:25pm and he said mam i am calling from flipkart plz give me your Paytm OTP which i just sent you when i saw that OTP massage that Was Password Change OTP that Guy Want To change my Paytm password and want to refund payment in that .

          Dear sir,
          my shelf priya gupta, i had place an order on flipkart samsung galaxy On5, on 16th of april, worth rupees 8190, Oder number(OD[protected].
          but due to some region i had cancel my order on 21st of April 2016. but still i did not get refund in my Account, i had used my SBI debit card to pay 8190.
          Now my struggle starts for my refund with flipkart.
          1.when i called there customer care executive he said mam i know, you returned your product and your payment will refund with in seven working days. then i argue with him, i said i did not receive my product so how come i returned it, even that they are sending me mail for cancellation.
          2. On 27th, i again spoke to there customer care executive now she said mam your payment will refunded to your bank account till 6:pm evening but still i did not get any single refund.
          3.Now on 28th i again spoke to there customer care executive he said mam your payment is already refunded to your bank account on 21/4/2016 time 9:21 pm and when i argue with him for 27th conversation then he said sorry mam our executive gave you wrong information and when i ask for complaint no he denied to give me.
          sir i don't know what kind of game they are playing with me so please help me to get my payment back.and this was my last shopping with flipkart coz they are cheaters and i had really bad experience with flipkart.
          please find the attached mails what they send me.

            I ordered a kurta order no.( OD[protected] of XL size and they delivered the same of l size with no price tag...as soon as i found it was short i opted for a replacement of the same kurta for XL size and after two weeks the flipkart delivery guy refused to take the product saying it has no price tag.I didn't even touched the product once and i had to face so much of harassment due to the carelessness of flipkart.Firstly, they delivered a wrong product and then they refused to replace it.I immediately want refund as i don't plan to buy anything from Flipkart ever again due to this very bad experience.

                Date of Incident: 27/04/2016
                I have ordered an Asus Zenfone 2 laser mobile in Flipkart and paid the total amount through my credit card. Order was dispatched on the same day of placing the order. After 2 days I got a mail that my order was cancelled due to unavailability of courier services at my location, But when checking delivery options in Flipkart website it is showing as delivery available. Before cancelling the order the customer care should ask the customer whether to refund the amount into the Bank Account or to the Flipkart Wallet. But without asking any of such questions they simply refund to the Bank Account and asks to wait for 7-8 Business days to get that Refund Amount. While calling customer care they are talking very rudely and saying as it is my mistake and blaming me. Flipkart such a worst website.

                  I had bought jabra sports make wireless headset through flipkart app and the same was delivered as per schedule.But i did not like the quality of the product so applied for return and refund on 6/04/2016.
                  I have received system generated email from flipkart that the request for refund has been requested and the same has been initiated and will be credited to my flipkart money within 7 business days.It has been 22 days but i have not received any refund and no pick up has been arranged.

                  I have spend 8000/- inr for this product which is a big amount for me and i cannot wait for refund any further.Please help me to get my refund as early as possible.

                  Every time see the commercial on tv these days about easy return and refund i only laugh at flipkart.Its the worst experience of my life.Please help.

                    i booked micromax s301 moblie on 20/04/2016 and same is deliver me on 23/04/2016 and same day phone battery is not charging .When we Iplug in our moblie for charging the battery is charged after 7 hours.and then very next day mobile is not working and switched off. I want to return my handset . we also contact at micromax customer care and flipkart customer care but we dont get any reply of them.My moblie Order id is od[protected].

                      their cc not replying my mail on 27 apr.
                      upon calling there cc some stupid executive filed a new return request which caused me to loose my mind. i am little mentally harassed by this purchase.

                      now i am having a unused damaged washing machine in my home. and 15490 rs out of my wallet. thanks to flipkart.

                        Order id - od[protected] whirlpool 1 ton 3 star ac.

                        I have been a loyal customer of flipkart for a very long time and was always pleased with their customer support and on-time delivery. Considering my experience i took the decision of ordering a whirlpool 1 ton 3 star ac from flipkart, but this time flipkart has changed the game for me and have probably decided to cheat me and loot my money. According to flipkart tracking, the product is delivered (Which a big lie) their customer service guy says its updated by mistake. (Why/how ?) no actions to re-correct it. I ordered the ac on 7th april 2016 with confirmed delivery date of 16th april 2016 which is yet not delivered and flipkart is saying give us couple of days to resolve your quarry, but there is no definite update till now. They have asked for time for more than 3 times but haven’t resolved the issue. I still have no update on if / when and will i ever get my ac.

                        This is really frustrating. Since i the time placed my order i was not able to track the shipment as well. No tracking id provided. I have been calling flipkart customer care but no one has given me a satisfactory answer apart from we will resolve your issue with 2 days and 4 days. I never expected such pathetic treatment from flipkart to its old and loyal customer. I now have no other option but to post all the communication on social media and reach out to flipkart’s founders and customer satisfaction heads.

                        Btw: i do not say in any remote place where the delivery may have a issue i stay in pune which to my best of knowledge has delivery hubs spread across.

                        Lastly flipkart totally loosing its usp.

                                Sir, What the hell is going in flipkart regarding my product. This is my exam time and you are making me mentally ILL. Today is 11th day and still my pickup is not done by your courier partner because of your stupid mistake to wrongly entered my phone number. This is my last warning otherwise i am going to file a suit against you. There are the screenshot of the mail which flipkart send me everyday for making me foolish.

                                  Recently i booked a laptop from flipkart in which i paid fully through debit card process i got details from the team that i will be getting product next day.i.e ordered on 24.4.16 and delivery will be on 25.4.16 .i was expecting product i didn't get that by checking online tracking option it was mentioned product was delivered properly from Whitefield warehouse later it is shifted to near my place that is hosakote sort facility.i attach a screenshot which u will get details.

                                    Hi sir, i habe ordered moto x play mobile on 22nd april and received product on 24th, when i open the box and tried tp switch on the mobile it wasn't turned on and i tried to charge the mobile for 4 hours and tham tried to turn om the mobile, it never switched on and as soon i raised return label, one of the flipkart executive called me told to do charge mobile and do i said i habe already did all possible way and it is not turning on, he told he wll take return request later that no one turmed to pick the mobile.. Again i raised complaint now they are telling some tecnician wll visit and check weather it works or not.. Its been more than 4days they arr not taking return please help on this and gety refund.

                                      I have ordered a shoe with order no OD[protected]..regarding this I received a 7 no size which is unfit to me, then I made a replacement complaint for 8 no size, the flipkart community pickuped the product after that they are neither giving any replacement nor they are refunding, above all they are talking so rudely on calls . I have called 12 times on their helpline no [protected] and continuously asking for help and to resolve this problem but every thing is in vain..

                                        I order fila sports shoes and i recieved it on 23 april and on 24 april i request for return because of colour issue..flipkart accept my request and pick up boy come and pick my product..after sometime i recieved a call from jalandhar hub ekart logistics they talk with me very rudely and abused me..he said we dont accept this because you dont clean it..they said firstly washed it then return it because there are some soil on its bottom..the name of man is sunil and he is senior of place..i only just said one thing that please take action on these peoples

                                        I ordered playstation 4 from Flipkart. Its been more than a week now but i have not received my product. Ekart Logistics is the logistic company who is handling delivery for my product. This is not just a single order which got delayed.. all of my orders from flipkart have been delayed. Very much disappointed with the services flipkart has been providing to their customers nowadays. Moreover, customer care do nothing instead of telling us the same thing as we can see on our my products page. I hope this website could be of help.
