[Resolved] Flipkart — fraud by flipkart and retailnet | |||||
On 21st sep 2017 i have ordered acer gaming laptop helios g3-572 from flipkart on big billion day offer for rs 74, 990/- order # od[protected] which was actually advertised for rs.59, 990 through out by flipkart. At the time of booking the price was changed to rs 74, 990/- so i booked for rs 74, 990/- and paid full amount through internet banking. On 26th sep 2017, i got the info on track orders that my shipment is "undelivered due to shipment damaged". When i contacted customer care i was informed that my delivery will be done by 29th sep 2017. But on 29th sep 2017, i received a call at 6.05 pm from flipkart customer care saying that the shipment was damaged and the product is out of stock now. So there is no option other than cancelling the order and the order got cancelled from their end. At that time when i checked the flipkart the product was out of stock as mentioned by them so i agreed for cancellation. But after 2 hours when i checked the same product was seen to be on flipkart as available with 4 left in stock but at a higher rate of rs 99, 990/. From that it is to be clearly make out that flipkart and retailnet seller is making fools of their customers understanding the demand of the product. Also they are asking 10 days time for the refund. I request you to take action for this fraud and provide me with the laptop which i have ordered for price rs 59, 990 as a compensation for my waste of time and money getting locked up for these days. I ordered Iphone 6 space grey and flipkart delivered me the Karbonn K9 mobile handset and I have also raise the complaint they are saying that they will get back to me on 5th oct. I think your team do not have any clue what is the issue here but no resolution and positive response by CS team till now.
I had pay 26K and got the stuff of worth Rs. 5000.

Was supposed to receive it by 3rd October.
Neither have I received the product nor am I able to cancel it
Made a 100 calls to customer service and sent written complaints as well
2 orders placed on 6oct I cancelled because of promised delivery date
Was supposed to get refund by 7 th not received yet
They are just asking for more time
No solution being given
Every time I call I have to tell the whole story and then they ask for more time that's it

I order for a helmet worth 745.i pay this from paylater..and suddenly on delivery date their is not any msg for PIN and DELIVERY CODE.then a call from delivry boy no.it is not a call its a misscall for only 1-2rings and then after 2-3hour another call from del.boy but this time i receive the call but not any word from other side.and suddenly i got a msg that my order is DELIVERD...such k big fraud..i dont receive any product then how they show me that is deliverd...do something

I am facing the exact same issue you described with the same product Acer Helios 300. I am now convinced this was indeed deliberate by Flipkart. We should sue them for wasting our time and overselling their product. One of the reasons why Flipkart will never be Amazon.
The professional thing to do would have been to notify us that they oversold and won't be able to deliver but instead doing such cheap tactics is beyond unimaginable.
