Hi!
I ordered a nokia 3 (Matte black, 16gb) with order number od[protected]Price rs. 10179/-) on 22nd august, which was delivered to me on 29th august, 17 and was billed and shipped at the name of mr. Santi ranjan baidya (Invoice attached).
I was happy with the phone initially, but then i started to encounter some serious issues with the working of the phone:
1. The back button selects automatically multiple times and all apps completely shut down suddenly.
2. Phone gets switched off automatically and it takes a long time to get it switched on again. Multiple pressing of the start button is required.
3. The digital clock vanishes suddenly and the screen becomes absurd and not-clickable.
4. Slow working and hanging.
With these issues in less than a month, i don't think so, i got a good quality product from your side. I know the 10 days replacement time is over but, the nokia warranty of the phone is still there. So, i should definitely get a replacement of my phone.
Please look into the matter and take care of it.

Updated by Sekhar Baidya Nobody contacted till now. Please contact me at [protected] or [protected] as soon as possible. The phone has stopped working and the display goes off every now and then. Expecting a quick response this time.
