Flipkart exchange service is a scam!!! My mobile phone was almost in new condition but when delivery guy didn't find any problem then he forcedly tried to prove something bend. I suggest him to visit an ophthalmologist. I can give the guarantee that either this flipkart exchange process is scam or the delivery guy have had a very bad previous experience where he might had to pay a penalty.

It seems like a scam because their exchange policy basically asks for a completely new phone. They want the original charger, no scratches, 0 discoloration on the phone screen (not a single dead pixel tolerated.. Do customers check for a dead pixel in a million pixel phone when they buy a new phone? Totally absurd!!) .. they want the original phone cover... multiple tests which 99% of the phones will fail to pass. What is the importance of a phone cover box once it is being used? Who carried his/her phone on the retail box when travelling? I suppose even if we provide the box, flipkart will check the cover box for any defects😂.. anyways, I am inclined to consider the exchange offer a hoax. Sad from flipkart's side.
