Flipkart Exchange Scam – Defective Samsung F06 Delivered – Minor Harassed, No Help

I am a minor who ordered Samsung Galaxy F06 from Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected].
Their delivery agent failed to follow the open-box delivery policy — he didn’t turn on or verify the new phone, and took my old device without confirmation.
The new phone had display defects (white spot and light leakage). I immediately reported it and submitted all proof including photos, invoice, and screenshots. Despite being within the 7-day replacement period, Flipkart is delaying the resolution.
I have faced continuous mental harassment for 5–6 days. No clear replies, just false promises. I have filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH Case No: 7055903). Still, Flipkart has not helped.
I am warning that this is a serious legal matter:
I am a minor being ignored and harassed
Flipkart is liable under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and IPC Sections 406, 420, 509, 75
I demand immediate replacement of the defective phone or return of my original device within 24 hours. Otherwise, I will escalate this to consumer court with full legal action and social exposure.
