[Resolved]  Flipkart — fraudulent issue order no. od[protected]_bajaj steel manual gas stove cgx 9.

My Order No. is OD[protected], I ordered Bajaj Steel Manual Gas Stove CGX 9 | Bajaj CGX9 worth Rs 5605/- on 22-July-2018 which got delivered on 28-July-2018.
After unboxing the product I found that the product inside the box was not the same as what I ordered instead of that it was a totally different model which is old, used and rusted stove of the sunflame brand. Which is a fraudulent issue? For your reference photo has been attached.
I call Flipkart customer representative and spoke about the issue, they told it will be returned and refunded. After continuous follow with Flipkart delivery boy has come to receive the product, but they are not accepting this product they are just saying kindly tell Flipkart to send email for the pickup. This issue also I discussed with Flipkart but no action has been taken from your end so please send email to request for pickup, to Aligarh courier services.
I have already spoken to these customer representatives Mr. Mirza, Mr. Manav and more.
Kindly resolve my issue to maintain trust and healthy consumer relationship .
