[Resolved] Flipkart — gift card amount is not refunded to my account | |||||
Hi, My email id is [protected]@gmail.com I have orderd two products i. E solly jeans co men's solid casual shirt & highlander men's solid casual white shirts from flipkart.com on[protected]. The order id is od[protected]. And the order was unsuccessful even though the amount was debited from my debit card. The amount of rs 1458 is deducted from my bank account and rs100 from my gift card wallet. Later rs1458 was refunded to my bank account from flipkart team. And the gift card amount is not refunded yet. Still its not reflecting in my gift card wallet account section. And in mail they told that they will credit rs 100 giftcard for token of apology. That also not added till now. I spoke to flipkart customer care executives several times (5-6 times through phone and several times through mail) but no use. They are not responding at all. They are acting like very lazy. Sometimes they had cut the phone also. I dint even think about this type of # from flipkart team. This is the worst experience ever in flipkart store. As a customer i dont recommend buying products from flipkart. Because they will give you poor support and service after the order. Compared to flipkart, amazon.in stores support and service is very good. Flipkart is getting worst now days. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I purchased a dress from Flipkart. The dress was loose so had to return it. I had asked to refund the money to my gift wallet. But I found the money was not refunded to my wallet. I waited for 2 days but still could not find my refunded amount in my gift wallet. I thought of contacting the customer care service. Before that, I discussed the matter with my brother. When he checked he found they had already deposited as there were many gift cards and they were taking money from more than one card for 1 dress. That was really confusing.
