Flipkart cheat with customers, they change delivery date without informing customer.

I have ordered redmi a1 from flipkart it should be delivered by 9th dec but now delivery date is changed to 16 dec. I have already sold my redmi note 4 phone to purchase new phone.

My item will be shipped on 13 dec that means flipkart has not stock and flipkart has taken lots of order. Now when i go for new order display delivery date is within 2 days still play with customers.

Here is the message from flipkart when i ordered:

Your order will be delivered by sat 9, dec 2017.
We are pleased to confirm your order no od[protected].
Thank you for shopping with flipkart!

Nothing update since last 5 days. Very wrost service by Flipkart. 7 days delay from promised date. Already contacted customer excutive but didn't get any update regarding order.

@Flipkart, One of my colleague had ordered 1 day after me although he has received order on yesterday (11 Dec) but still my order is not packed. seller is also same. Can you tell me reason? Do you need orderId of my colleague's order?

    I had ordered mi a1 on 9th dec 2017 in the ongoing sale and the order was placed and it showed that i would recieve the same till friday 15th dec, so when i checked today so i can't find it in my orders so i contacted customer service so here they told me that i had just created the order and not ordered so i told them that i have some proof reading the order i placed but then to the executive denied and told me to order it again
    So my question is why should i bare more for the inconvenience which is caused by your end
    And now the price is 13999 when i booked on 9th it was for 12999 so why should i bare 1000rs more
    I hope that this much evidence is enough to prove that i had ordered the product on 9th dec and not just created

If he wants he can place a fresh order in the same price. Customer told he already ordered from Mi. Apologies to customer he agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.

      So it’s been a few days now, i’ve ordered a mi a1 from the december sale. The order tracker says it is being processed. It’s been like this for like3-4 days the promised date is 14th of december hope it gets here on time flipkart should look for these kinds of dealers, who don’t update their statuses

      It is these kinds of things that make a good online market but flipkart doesn’t seem to care, i called the care center seems like they don’t care either they said that it will come on the promised date hope it does so, if it doesn’t i’ll move to snap deal or amazon

      Customer raised a complaint for delivery delay, we interacted with the customer and apologies for the delay and informed that due to technical issue was not delivered on the promised timeline and date is revised into 18th December informed customer to wait. Contacted the customer told his father picked the call and he confirmed that product delivered hence closing the complaint from our end.

        I have ordered mi a1 phone on 8th december. Before booking, they were showing that my phone will be delivered by 11th december. But just after booking, it started showing that it will be delivered by 12th december. Its been 3 days but my product hasn't shipped yet. Now when i called customer care regarding this, they said my issue will solve by 13th december and then i will get to know that when will i get my phone. Truenet commerce seller it is. Even they haven't refunded my money from previous order.

        We would like to inform you that we tried reaching on [protected] and on [protected] but we were not able to reach you. We have sent an mail in your registered email Id: [protected]@gmail.com, if you want us to reopen the case, kindly revert on the same mail.
        After 9 days of booking they came to deliver the phone. It was too late that i bought my phone from somewhere else. And when i tried to cancel the order, flipkart customer executive refused to cancel it and the delivery boy abused me for not taking the order. Wont buy anything from flipkart from now.

          Hello flipkart,

          This is my first order from flipkart and i have had the worst experience of my life.
          I ordered a google pixel 2 (64gb) from your website on 9 dec, 2017 and my product was to be delivered today. As i was awaiting the phone to be delivered i received your message stating the shipment has been cancelled.

          I immediately called your customer care to confirm and what i hear is the worst and lamest excuse that since the product was ordered by a lot o[censored]sers hence the shipment has been cancelled by the seller.
          For 2 days we were tracking the shipment which was already shipped from secunderabad to new delhi. And all of a sudden today you tell me the seller cancelled the shipment due to bulk order. Are you trying to fool your customers?
          I ordered this product as a gift for my brother on his birthday. Since the product was available on a discounted price, we placed the order.

          I am literally devastated. How do you even expect people coming and ordering from your website when you provide the worst service like this? How can you cancel someone's order in the middle of the shipment?
          I need to get my phone today. If you do not look into this i will definitely file a complaint in consumer court and ensure that a word of mouth spreads about your pathetic delivery system. This is a problem between you and your seller, not my problem. I need my phone as i was expected to receive it today.

          And if this is your quality of service, moving forward i would ensure none of my friends or family use flipkart and definitely inform as many people as possible about your poor service on social media.

          My phone is still available at the new delhi warehouse. Please look into this at the earliest.

            Mi a1 booked at flipkart, order id od[protected] amounting to rs. 11699 under an offer from 7th-9th december. I have paid the money online through sbi credit card, to which i the confirmation of delivery on dec14. Today morning, the product was cancelled on its own, and i called the cc he cited that due to bulk order it is been cancelled and posing false info on my account that i cancelled it. Making a mockery of customers having no stock and still receiving payments for 2 or more days.

              Online purchase of mi a1 black in flipkart through my andhra bank debit card on 07/12/2017. Amount was debited from my account but order was not successful. Flipkart has claimed that the order has failed and payment was not received in the seller end. My bank has claimed that the amount has been successfully credited to the seller.
              Flipkart please look into the matter as make sure that the refund is initiated

                Hi, i have ordered mi a1 on 7th of dec 2017, the delivery date was before 15th dec 2017. But whenever i was tracking the product it's showing only one thing that is seller is processing your order. How many days a seller will take it to process or else these offers are all fake or you people making us fools. I request flipkart not to allow these kind of sellers who won't respond, who won't delivery product on time, whom should we contact now. I called to flipkart customer service they said that it is not updating it will b delivered before promising date. Till now i had good feeling on flipkart now i need to think and shift to other online services. Please look into the issue and do needful
                Hi, i had ordered Mi A1 and an Armour Guard for it on 7th of dec 2017, the delivery date was by 11th dec 2017.
                Then on 11th dec i get only the Armour Guard and not the phone!
                Then i get an email stating that i'll get it by 13th dec.
                How many more days are you going to take?
                Will i really get? Hope it will not be a Defective Piece.

                      Please take care if you are purchasing from flipkart. If you already purchased and defect product received then dont replace that product in replacement, bcoz you may get more worst and faulty product than before.
                      Bcoz flipkart has licence to deliver faulty product in replacement and not responsible if you get faulty product in replacement and if the company of product delaying to give resolution (There is no definition for delay for flipkart, bcoz it takes almost 1.5 month passed)

                        Xolo era 1x mobile purchase on 27th nov.
                        After 1-2 days faced network issue.
                        Replacement request raised and technical person visit at home, issue not short out. As advice by technician we are visit at service station. But issue still not solve.

                            Cod product (Order id: od[protected] was forcefully delivered at my address deepak sharma, b-407, navaratna exotica, behind runwal seagull, handewadi road, hadapsar, pune 411028 on 09 dec while the address mentioned on parcel was prabin sharma 4 (407) navaratna exotica, ganga village, navaratna exotica, 4 number flat 407 rom, pune 411028 in my absence to my wife who is not good neither in english nor in marathi.

                            I checked in society what'sapp group but there is no person with prabin sharma's name also there was no contact number updated on parcel.

                            I didn't requested for any product. Request you to please get the parcel collected and refund my 1199 rs.

                              I placed an order for mobile on 08th december and it says truenet (Seller) will deliver it by 15th. Yet on the website, it still shows, no progress

                              Just to check i tried placing an order for same mobile and same address and it says delivery in two days at extra price of 70 or in three days, i. E by 13th

                              How is this possible that what is ordered today takes 3 days to deliver and what was ordered 2 days ago takes a week?

                              Flipkart executive couldn't answer anything and kept saying technical fault. He refused to connect me to his superior also, saying that no is available

                                I purchased my new laptop msi gv62 7rd on 7th on December on flipkart sale. The laptop I bought was at discounted price of 55k. But on 10th Dec they just cancelled my order without my knowledge and denying to give replacement order for the same.
                                Now the price of laptop is 80k. Now they are asking me to purchase the laptop at higher price. It is forgery from flipkart and it is unethical and highly disappointing experience.
                                I just need my laptop for which I paid money on 7th Dec. Order id OD[protected]. I don't want refund
                                I may go for consumer court if they don't do replacement of the order.

                                    I ordered mi a1 cell phone from flipkart on 07-12-17 at a price of 11, 700/-
                                    After considering instant cash back of 10% on sbi cards on selling price of 12, 999/-.

                                    On 10-12-17 status of my order was "out of delivery area (Pincode - address mismatch). And the parcel was returned back.

                                    I contacted customer care and they aggried thier mistake but refuse to deliver the order. They suggested to place a new order but now the price of the same phone is 13, 999/-. But why should i bear the loss for their mistake. When is asked the same question from cc they told that they can't do anything for this and cncellled my order.

                                    Now the qustion to flipkart is:
                                    1. When you are not able to provide services in any particular area then why are you acepting the orders and taking the money from customers?
                                    2. Because of yor mistake why should bear the loss?
                                    3. Whats the purpose of customer care when you are not able to solve the problems of your customers.
                                    4. And i am still not able to undertand that when my aadhar card, driving license has same adress and pincode then how you state that my pincode and address mismatch.

                                    I ordered mi a1 from flipkart on 07-12-17 and paid rs. 11, 700 after deducting 10% instant cash back on 12, 999.

                                    On 10-12-17, status of my order was "out of delivery area - pincode address mismatch". And the product was cancelled on its own.

                                    I have ordered so many products online but never faced such issues.

                                    And now the same product is available at 13, 999.

                                    1. Why should customer bear the loss for their mistake.
                                    2. Once accepted the order, flipkart is bound to complete its obligation.

                                    Customer raised a complaint for order cancellation, we interacted with the customer and informed customer that address and pincode was mis-match because of that the order was not delivered. Closing the complaint from our end.

                                      Worst seller selection by flipkart - truenet commerce, i have ordered mobile on 8th dec & till today seller is processing this order. Why flipkart is not taking action on such repetitive incidences.
                                      I don't know how flipkart internal system is working to meet the delivery on promise date. I am too much frustrated with this seller & flipkart.
                                      Never buy product in sale of flipkart

                                      What is the promised date ? I ordered a MI A1 and the dealer is still processing . I hope it get here on time or I’m moving to snap deal or amazon because their services seem to be better

                                        I have purchased new apple i phone 6 through flipcart 1 month ago and phone is now working.. It is not charging and speaker is also not good... Heating a lots.. Very bad performance
                                        I have listed the problem with phone
                                        1. Not charging while charging the phone.. Sumtimes it takes in charging but again same problem started.
                                        2. While talking on call sound is not audiable.
                                        3. Phone became very heat while charging.
                                        4. While charging currently is coming in phone.

                                        We see that the product was delivered to you on (04 Nov 17) and as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we can not initiate return. Request you to get in touch with the authorized service center.
