Flipkart — Gift card purchased but not able to use it for any purchase | |||||
I got a flipkart gift card from a friend and i added the gift card to my flipkart wallet. Now i am not able to use that gift card anywhere. Every time i try to pay using the gift card, it says not applicable. What is the use of purchasing a gift card from flipkart if it cant be used to buy stuff. Moreover, the flipkart customer service just increases ur frustration. I have been trying to contact them for 10 days and the number is always busy. What kind of service is that?
