Flipkart — Gift Cards stolen from my wallet

Hi,
On June 14th I got a mail from flip kart says that my two gift cards were transferred from my account to [protected]@gmail.com. Actually I didnt transferred those cards and flipkart doent providing such an option.
I already raise a complaint regarding to this with complaint ID: IN[protected], but customer care representative has sent a irresponsible mail says that contact original buyer. Actually original buyer buys those cards directly from flip kart with order ID:OD[protected] and he doesnt how its possible. Today again I got a mail from flip kart says that one of my gift card expiring soon. Almost I contacted flip kart 10 time and 20 mails they told already those cards used to other order and not responding.
I think some of flip kart employees doing this type of fraud.
