[Resolved] Flipkart — gift voucher locked | |||
Hi my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Flipkart locked my account based on my purchase history and they have not given proper clarification/justification, they made me to order a mobile cover rs.135 six times to lock my account under the guidance of flipkart customer care. My gift voucher of rs.1000 is locked and they want to contact the source which is axis bank. After checking with axis bank they are telling i am responsible for the use and loss of the gift card and axis bank is not responsible once the gift card is provided. Both are pinpointing each other. It is clear fact without servicing me flip kart will take the rs.1000 from axis bank through the gift voucher. Kindly solve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
