[Resolved] Flipkart — got the delivery of different product than the ordered one

I ordered a Handcuffs casual Winter hat with order no. ODI[protected]. I have done the payment of Rs. 299 for it through cash on delivery option. But the product I received is very different from what is showing on the site. Also the order is not visible in the history so that I can not even cancel it. Please see it. All the other orders are visible in the order history except this one. The product which I got has no use at all and this is very disappointing that customers are getting such wrong products.
take the action regarding the visibility of order in my account as soon as possible so that I can at least return the wrong product I have received.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is different product. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on (26 Dec). Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
