[Resolved]  Flipkart — grievance - refund not credited even after 24 days (urgent)

I have ordered "samsung galaxy s7" on flipkart on 6th of october, 2017 and i have cancelled that order on 12th of october, 2017. Flipkart is claiming that the amount (25, 990 inr) has already been refunded but till date i have not received the same in my credit card statement (Axis bank).

Flipkart also claims that they have refunded that amount on 14th of october, 2017, however they are unable to provide the transaction id.

Flipkart only provides the payment receipt number, i. E "pzt[protected]ga60403", which is not traceable by axis bank credit card department.

I, susmita de, hereby requesting you to take strict action against this kind o[censored]nscrupulous service provided by flipkart and arrange to refund my money as soon as possible.

It has been 1 month i have not received the aforementioned money.You are once again requested to expedite my refund or else I have to take the matter to the court.
This kind o[censored]nscrupulous attitude basically indicates that Flipkart is robbing their customers which is not at all acceptable and will be taken care seriously if you don't act ASAP.

Treat the matter with high priority.

The case will not be closed until i get my money back.I have paid the money to flipkart not to bank, so it is your duty to get me my money back.Also there is no refund detail provided to me in written and in verbal.How long I have to wait for getting my money back.???
