[Resolved] Flipkart — grievance - refund not credited even after 24 days (urgent) | |||||
I have ordered "samsung galaxy s7" on flipkart on 6th of october, 2017 and i have cancelled that order on 12th of october, 2017. Flipkart is claiming that the amount (25, 990 inr) has already been refunded but till date i have not received the same in my credit card statement (Axis bank). Flipkart also claims that they have refunded that amount on 14th of october, 2017, however they are unable to provide the transaction id. Flipkart only provides the payment receipt number, i. E "pzt[protected]ga60403", which is not traceable by axis bank credit card department. I, susmita de, hereby requesting you to take strict action against this kind o[censored]nscrupulous service provided by flipkart and arrange to refund my money as soon as possible.
