I had requested for a product(Johra Tempered Glass Guard for Huawei Honor 8 Pro) from flipkart which was worth of INR 499 on 10th October. First of all, they had delivered the product late on 16th night. Adding to that, they had delivered a wrong product(a cheap quality product that does not fit my phone and it leaves 2cm from all edges). Since the product was of no return policy, I had submitted the return request with Flipkart through Customer care toll free no immediately .Initially they promised that someone from backend team will contact me within 24-48 hours, that did not happen till now despite calling and talking to 10 diff customer care executives and 2 escalation managers !! Almost everyone given false promise and were shedding crocodiles tears, but no genuine help given .God alone knows the reason !
I need your help in returning the wrongly received product and given a proper product that fits into my mobile till the edges or else refund my money.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that our seller has confirmed that the refund is already initiated and it would be credited in your PhonePe wallet on November 08, 2017. Closing the complaint from our side.
Person simply kept saying that refund cannot be done and I will have to simply wait till next given date which is 30-Oct.
I asked to transfer call to some senior and I was literally kept on hold for 15 mins and then call was disconnected.
