I purchased vu 55 inch uhd tv from flipkar on 15 october 2017 via credit card on emi after 10 days delivery agent come with empty box. When i call worst custer service of flipkart they told me that wait untill concerned department will call you and they will cal you on 6 nov 2017 and the scenario is that my bank send me bill of emi while i did not receive my product while flipkart customer support guys saying that your emi will not registerd untill your product delivered to you.

The hell service and support from flipkart.
They are cheating customer.

ts been 12 days receiving mail from Flipkart for refund saying that amount fill credited back in 6 business days.
How can they do this to customer.
Wrong information every where.
On 13 nov i have to pay 50K amount to me credit card bank. i"m paying amount for nothing and its a big amount.
Do something immediate action is required now.

    I have ordered a saree from flipkart. Since i wanted to return the product, have raised a return request. However, the product pick up is just not happening. Everytime i raise a request, i am just being given a new date. It is very irritating to take time. Out, raise. Complaint and just being given a new date in return. Please help resolve the issue.

      2 weeks back i. E. On 8th oct 2017 i ordered a fossil q marshal watch from flipkart of rs 9995. I received the order on 10th oct 2017. As i opened the parcel, the product was found missing in the box, i received an empty box for rs 9995. Immediately i lodged a complaint of missing product on flipkart's customer care and they assured me of resolving the issue by 22nd oct. I requested replacement / refund from flipkart. Flipkart didnt contacted themselves i have to call them everytime. And after long 13 days they said that your request cant be completed as the courier partner has assured that the parcel was properly packed and the product remain intact in it. Again i called flipkart and they saud your issue will be resolved by 26 oct. But in the meantime i received a mail that seller has rejected the request of replacement. Now they are not helping me in this matter. Plz help me in this matter, i have spend a big amount to get that watch. Plz guide me.

        don't get my product

Os[protected] this product was ordered on tuesday 17th oct 2017 with a delivery time frame between oct 30 2017. Ok! That's fine considering the diwali rush.. Now i'm checking my order status, the item will be returned. I don't get any information or call from your seller, so how to get my order. I need solution for this...

        My order id: od[protected]. Order date: fri, sep 22nd '17 9:21 am. The order comprised of whirlpool washig machine. Prepaid payment through credit card. Now these jokers never delivered my orders since one month after order. There courier partner, customer service was clueless about order. They cancelled the order finally and then now have exceeded the refund time limit by 7 days. Also they dont reply nor they help in call. Also call option is not coming in my app now. Return my order. You are pissing me off. Its been two months now. Return my money i promise i wont be troubling you jokers anymore. Nver ever will but from these #.

            I had ordered a samsung tablet during diwali of 2017 from seller (Indiflashmart). This product was ordered on thursday 19th oct 2017 with a delivery time frame between oct 22nd - oct 25th 2017. Ok! That's fine considering the diwali rush.

            After 1 week, the product had still not been shipped, pls note that i'd used gift vouchers and made the full payment. The vouchers were expiring on november 4th 2017. The numerous times i called the customer, their reply was very standard like from a sheet of paper (Pathetic). Then i read the reviews posted by various consumers against this seller. This made me realize my mistake. My query to flipkart is "if there are so many unsatisfied customers with a particular seller, why do business with them." this completely spoiled my diwali. Just add me to one your very highly dissatisfied customer list. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

              I had purchased one dell laptop with order id od[protected] from flipkart and got delivery on 4th of oct 2017. As got the faulty product i complained the same and asked for replacement flipkart made technical visit and approved the replacement.
              Afterwards ekart people came to us with replacement product but did not delivered the product because the serial no on the invoice and on the laptop was not matching it means company has cheated with me as they had generated the invoice for other laptop and sent a faulty product to me.
              Afterward i again complained and asked for refund from that day to till date i am not getting any respond from flipkart in the same regards.
              Every time i am making calls to them on their call center and getting commitment in terms of will get back to you tomorrow.

                Dear sir,
                I am writing to express my feeling about the Mobile Phone that I bought from flipkart, few days ago. After few times problems started to appear.

                The malfunction I noticed about hanging the mobile phone when I tried to make a call and all apps parallel open not use any apps. I am very surprised to see that much problem in a quite expensive model. Naturally, I returned the mobile phone to your store to be replaced with the new one. Your assistant said that it will take time. After three weeks later, I contacted by your store representative and I learned from him that I can't receive new mobile phone for the one that I bought.

                I am very disappointed with the product and services that I received from your store and expect from you to serious action against my complaint as soon as possible. Otherwise I will be forced to legal action. And details attached herewith.

                    Hi team,

                    I am really disappointed in talking about the hassle i have faced due to use of motorola cell phone. I would like to bring to your kind notice the working condition of one of your service center “ambe electronics” in noida.

                    I went to the service centre today as my cell phone was not working and it is showing only re-boot system, since last two-three days. I was not in town over the diwali hence could not visit earlier. During the said two-three days, i got a small dent on my phone on the volume keys (However the keys are working properly till date).

                    Now when i went to the service centre today they firstly stated that since the volume key is dented the product is out-warranty and we cannot do anything. They further stated that i need to get the keys replaced (Not sure what word did they exactly said) for rs. 3, 500/- post which they will be able to work on the phone. They also shared the relevant service order (So) closing the service request (Attached for your reference). However due to non-satisfactory response, the issue was raised to escalation manager and at the request of escalation manager the phone was considered for re-verification and was kept by the service centre for some approval. Few minutes back i received a call stating that no approval has been received and i can take away the phone with me.

                    With all this issues: i have few queries/clarifications:

                    1. How come dented volume button be held responsible for phone showing only re-boot system (Even the said keys are working fine) when the issue was faced even before the dent was there in the phone.
                    2. Why the service centre person did not consider for seeking approval at the first instance and how come they close request without even discussing with senior. Further, post instructions from manager, the phone was being kept by the service centre. Is motorola doing this with all their customer by saying no at first instance and when compliant is raised further, the phone is considered for some approvals, etc.
                    3. If the product is under warranty how come the warranty becomes void if the phone is just dented (No impact of dent exist on functioning of the keys dented or functioning of the phone).

                    Request your kind intervene in this matter as i am highly dissatisfied with the services offered.

                    Second mail
                    Even though i have raised the same compliant on flipkart site, however useless response has been given “that no complain is visible and we want to you please resend on the given email id”. We will get back to you in next 24-48 hours. I don’t understand why that process exist on your website when it is so useless. You guys don’t have any response time (However the same is mentioned on the website to show off).

                    What will happen if customer start doing the same thing with you guys by selecting the cash on delivery option and when your guys reaches the location, customer says wait for 24 hours in case you want to deliver the product and take cash.

                      The complaint is with regards to a Mobile Phone - Panasonic Eluga Ray Max (4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM) that I had ordered on the 7th of October 2017 through Flipkart. I received the device on the 10th of October 2017. It worked for one night and next day showed evident problem with the display. I immediately updated the problem on the Portal for which there was an arrangement made for a Technician to visit and verify the problem. The Technician arrived in a timely manner and verified the defect and confirmed that the product is defective. I could see that the return request was accepted and received an SMS from Flipkart to ship the product back and email the invoice of the shipment to "[protected]@flipkart.com". I had to call up Customer Service to take the Warehouse address. I stood in line for hours and finally shipped the device to the address given for the Warehouse. Then subsequently scanned the invoice and sent it to "[protected]@flipkart.com". I then received the email back saying the email address does not exist. I called up Customer Service and they said I have to update it through the Portal, which I did. Days passed and I did not get any response from anyone. I then got a call from Flipkart Wishmaster that he has come to collect the device back. I told him that I had already shipped the device back to the Warehouse address given to me. He left after that, but I could see that the return request was cancelled on the that day. I called up Customer Service and raised a complaint. Customer Service assured me that it was their fault and they would sort it out as soon as possible and that somebody will get back to me with a resolution. Weeks have passed but I have not got any resolution but kept raising complaint after complaint with no resolution. I am left with no other option but to raise a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Forum.

                      Please look into this and provide a solution.

                      I am not able to attach all the relevant emails, invoices, videos, snapshots and messages (SMS) that I received. Let me know the right source through which I could share the information.

                      There were 3 complaints raised one after the other. None of them have been resolved yet. I was advised that the last complaint that I had raised would be resolved and I would receive a call back by 30th October 2017, but I did not receive any callback. I called up Flipkart, but they are saying that no update is showing up and it may take another day. How many times should I keep calling like this and keep listening to the same thing again and again? Hence, I am fed up and don't trust Flipkart anymore and I requested for a refund of the Amount Paid in total including the shipment price I incurred for shipping the device back to the Warehouse, but I am informed that it is not part of the Policy of the company.

                      Problems:

                      1. I am without a phone - I ordered the phone because my current one has a problem.
                      2. I cannot even buy a new one because my money is blocked by Flipkart with no whereabouts of a
                      replacement still being provided.

                      Who could help me on this? Can some officer from the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum help me on this?

                      I still have not received a refund of 2, 105 INR back into my account even after over 10 days of providing the details.

                      This is the most horrible service I have ever received.

                      I will never ever use Flipkart.
                      Still not resolved. Horrible service.
                      Blue Dart Tracking shows that the shipment has been delivered on the 26th of October 2017. I still do not see a replacement ordered by Flipkart. Also, I had raised the last complaint on 26th October 2017 and I was promised by Ankit (Flipkart Customer Service) that the problem would be resolved and I would be given a call back today, i.e., 30th of October 2017. The Complaint has not been resolved yet, and I haven't even received even a single call back.

                      This is seriously upsetting and I have never experienced such a bad service being provided by anybody.

                      I need somebody to reply me back at least with an update today.

                              We have ordered bosch 7kg front loaded washing machine on 23rd sep. 2017.
                              And we have got bosch 7 k. G front loaded washing machine 17 days after the booking.

                              Again after 16 days, no one came for demo and installation either from flipkart service providers or from bosch service providers.

                              I have made serveral calls to flipkart services, although no one is bother about installation and demo.

                              Kindly provide me the justice.

                                I have ordered motorola headset pulse 2 but it's sound quality is not so good. There was pain started in my ears after 10 min o[censored]se n it's sound is too annoying as compare to other headphones. So i hv complaint to return my product n refund me but they are forcing me to replace. Why i'll take replacement... Because it is hazardous to my ear. Help me...

                                  Hello friends,

                                  Before telling you my experience, first i should tell you the issues that you will definetly face as a flipkart affiliate.

                                  1. No fixed timing, date or period to be approved your affiliate commission. Neither for app installation nor product selling.

                                  2. Traffic details is not updated regularly.

                                  3. Your commission will be stolen. Because flipkart affiliate program is not run by flipkart directly. It is run by third party company.

                                  4. Never get updated reports.

                                  Below my experience with flipkart affiliate program :

                                  Even if you have a great traffic on your website, don't assume that your income also going to be great with flipkart affiliate program.

                                  I am going to show you the real picture.

                                  I am also using flipkart affiliate program since 1 year.in a starting days 9 months my website's traffic was not great and it was only 500 to 1k visitors per month is why i didn't mine any affiliate income.

                                  But now days when my website is running live on google search and it traffic reached above 5000 visitors per day, i was expecting good income.

                                  Can you emagine, what is my income from flipkart affiliate now days?

                                  It's 100 to 200 rupees per day (Approx 5000 inr per month) which is showing on dashboard. I didn't receive any income from flipkart till date because it's all my commission is showing in pending section and i don't know when it will be approved.

                                  My experience only say that flipkart affiliate is not a scam but it can't be considered as a great income resource because you will not get paid as much as your website earned.
                                  Your commission will be stolen by third party who take care and run flipkart affiliate program.

                                  I sent mail many times but there is no response.

                                    मैंने 23-oct-2017 को फ्लिपकार्ट से vivo y69 मोबाइल बुक करवाया था. उसमे में बजाज के कार्ड से भुगतान कराया था. अब प्रॉब्लम ये हैं की मेरे bajajfinserve में दो लोन बता रहे हैं. मैंने मोबाइल एक लिया हैं तो दो लोन क्यों मंजूर किया हैं.
                                    5-nov-2017 को लोन के पहला हप्ता कटेगा. तो please सर मुझे इस प्रॉब्लम के सलूशन दो.
                                    आपसे एक विनंती हैं की मेरा एक लोन बंध करदो
                                    क्यों की मेंने एक ही मोबाइल लिया हैं.तो एक ही लोन चालू रखो

                                      Hi, we have purchased moto c on 17th oct, at that time there was 10% instant discount on hdfc cards mentioned, but we have not received the same. From that time we are doing follow-ups but no one in customer care is responding properly. They have just raised ticket no. In[protected]Order no. Od[protected]. Since last 8 days, their back end team is doing nothing, whenever we called them they simply saying their back-end team is working on it and they have extended resolving time 3 times as of now. Don't know when they will resolve this. Please do the needful.
