Worst experice from flipkart... They are not supporting buyer even after receiving wrong products 2 times... Order id : od[protected]
Eveything is business tactics, after keeping the money for more than a month, flipkart is asking to take refund and go.. Pathetic service.

After a month seller is telling that no stock available. If the stock is not available with the seller, why did he accept the order and dispatched the wrong product. At the second time also he accepted the replacement which means that he is holding the stock, still he dispatched wrong item. I need the product what i ordered.

Now the same product is available in higher price. So if i accepted the refund, i need to pay extra amount which is not acceptable.

    Hi, i am abhilasha who ordered a smart phone named `moto c plus' and received the phone on 9 october 2017. But when i started to turn on the phone it was not getting started. It was restarting continuously. So i filed a complaint regarding this error issue. Then the next day the technician arrived my home and checked the phone. Some how he managed to turn on the phone, but later on when further checking was done on the phone some apps error was there and there was some software issue, i believe. Then again i filed a complaint for the replacement of the phone as it was the defective piece. And then after two days the pick up (Logistics) man came home to take the defective piece and deliver the right phone. And then he found that there was some error in the phone and he didn't get the imei no. Of the phone, some issue was there. He written in his report and didn't took the defective phone and not even delivered the right piece. So then again i filed a complaint regarding this matter. And since then i am calling the flipkart support and lodging my complaint again and again. But i hardly get any response. They tel me to resolve my issue with specified timings but don't do so. They even message me that my request has been escalated and i will get a call from no starting with +9180679.. But i didn't got a single call from this number till now. I even requested them for returning the product but no response from your side. And today the limit crossed i called the customer support and they are making me defaulter. I am shocked to say that the customer service of your site is very poor customer executive there has no sense to solve anyone's problems and they don't know how to talk to people. They are making me guilty. I think i had made the worst mistake of my life ordering mobile from your site. As its been about 20 days and no action is taken for my problem. I am in loss. And now they are making me defaulter being no action taken from your side no message no calls and no mails from their side regarding my complaint. Every time they just give me a specified time but still no action is taken. So please resolve my issue.

      Order id - od[protected] has been shipped and will be delivered by monday, oct 23, 2017. This is the information given to me but the product has not been delivered to me. Delivery boy called up and informed that he has the product but he will delivered to me on 24th but he has failed to do so. I have not recieved any intimation after that. Please help me deliver the product asap. Thanks

        I had ordered lenovo k8 plus which was delivered without a sim card tray on 10th october 2017. When i applied for replacement i was asked to courier the defective product to the bangalore warehouse address. The product has been delivered by dtdc on 18th october 2017 but even now the replacement has not reached me. Infact there has been no update regarding it by flipkart. Since the mobile is purchased on exchange offer i am currently not having a phone with me and flipkart is irresponsibly telling me that the seller has not updated the details yet and that they cannot do anything about it.
        Firstly they have taken my old mobile that i gave as exchange plus rs 3000 and supplied me with a defective mobile and now they have taken the defective mobile as well. This is open robbery.
        I request you to take strict action against this and take steps so that i may get back my replacement as soon as possible.

            We have ordered on mobile Lenovo Phab 2 (Gunmetal Gray, 32 GB) on 24th Sept 2017.we have received this mobile on 1st Oct 17.As we were not having spare sim card so we have applied for new sim card.
            When we tried to use this phone after putting sim card. the mobile was not taking the network.
            after so much efforts also we have tried but this mobile is not taking the network properly.Some times it takes and disappears within a minute.
            Tried to contact customer care but the response was very poor.

            I want to return this phone and want a replacement.

              I had ordered for 2 olay total effects on 25 sep.2017, and received the product in bad condition (Of which i am attaching photo), due to which i returned the products of which i received the amount against 1 bottle, while the person from ekart took both the bottles, on 12 oct.2017. Now they are harressing me daily by giving me dates for the refund and asking for the products which i have already submitted. My refund of 580 is still due.

                Hello,

                I had requested for a product(Johra Tempered Glass Guard for Huawei Honor 8 Pro) from flipkart which was worth of INR 499 on 10th October. First of all, they had delivered the product late on 16th night. Adding to that, they had delivered a wrong product(a cheap quality product that does not fit my phone and it leaves 2cm from all edges). Since the product was of no return policy, I had submitted the return request with Flipkart through Customer care toll free no immediately .Initially they promised that someone from backend team will contact me within 24-48 hours, that did not happen till now despite calling and talking to 10 diff customer care executives and 2 escalation managers !! Almost everyone given false promise and were shedding crocodiles tears, but no genuine help given .God alone knows the reason !
                I need your help in returning the wrongly received product and given a proper product that fits into my mobile till the edges or else refund my money.

                    What happened to refund of rs 750 which is transfered to your account 3 weeks back and you just giving a simple excuse of transfered to bank and enquire in bank!!! Does u have any rtgs or neft no. As proof of money transfer to my account. Why u cheat people like this. Why o this internet age u need more than 2 weeks to transfer amount!!!.

                    Need urgent answer. Its not child play.

                      Hi, I ordered wooden bed from flipkart ( Order ID: OD[protected]
                      Product :- HomeTown Dazzle without Storage Engineered Wood King Bed) in dasara sale with promised delivery by 15-Oct and installation by 19-Oct. But there has been no delivery till today 25-Oct and neither any update on the order.
                      I had placed complaint multiple times to flipkart but every time got response that give us time to sort out but no one turned back with any update until I called or email again.
                      When asked to transfer call to escalation point, twice call was kept on hold for 3 mins and disconnected.
                      And later also there was no call back.
                      After many follow ups, someone said delivery date is rescheduled for 25-Oct and today on 25-Oct I got another message asking to wait till 30-Oct.
                      And since it is big order it is not allowed to cancel also.
                      It is almost a month now after order is placed and still not delivered and no one has any idea where the order is.
                      Very bad experience.
                      Now I don't want that product but my money with interest and also compensation for this cheating and kind of harassment.
                      Please help here.

                      I called flipkart customer service today again to check order status and was surprised to find that they haven't cared to find issue with the order delay and they are not even aware where the order is. I escalated this 15-Oct and till today, complaint hasn't been checked.
                      Person simply kept saying that refund cannot be done and I will have to simply wait till next given date which is 30-Oct.
                      I asked to transfer call to some senior and I was literally kept on hold for 15 mins and then call was disconnected.

                        I purchased a sony Xperia z3+ mobile on may 2nd 2017 within a month there was problem with display
                        Flipkart customer care provided us with contact info of the brand service centre only it turned out that they are just sellers and do not provide any service. When contacted Flipkart again we were told that replacement can be done only within 20 days of product purchase and we were not given any support. Later found a authorized brand service centre who refused to take the mobile for service saying the handset was Hong Kong made and will not be taken for service in India. Approached many other service centre s and got the same reply. Is it my fault that I was delivered a Hong Kong made set? I come from a middle class family and that mobile costed 26000/-RS . It is a huge amount for us. When the issue was taken to Flipkart again, they investigated and told that the vendor has agreed to a refund. After that they are mute till date. Every time I call customer care a new person talks to me and asks for all details from the beginning and in the end I'm told to wait for 24 hours within which a wish master would come and collect the phone and initiate the refund process.its been 7 days now . Still nothing. I'm Very disappointed with Flipkart

                            I am a very loyal customer of flipkart and have always been very happy with ur products and service. I was never going to any other online shoppers even if prices with them are low because i trusted flipkart and it's products. I am really upset with one product i purchased recently that is mi note4 i booked it on 29 sep and got it delivered on 3 october.. It is not even a month since purchase and now my mobile does not work the touch does not work.. I am really upset.                               I am not satisfied with them. Why I go to service centre for defective mobile phone.i given money on Flipkart company . He will be responsible for given me defective mobile phone. If my phone run one day then found defective, then I go to service centre for repair. But send me a defective product and say go to service centre and repair it. Company will respond because he gives more discount and send a defective product .

                                  I have booked oppo f3 pluson 14/10/2017 with diwali offers /i was waited this kind of offer to excajnge my products. Without calling me the delivery person has came to my home on 21/10/2017. He dont know the difference between
                                  Temper glass and display. He say there is a problem in display but its problem in display. I requested the delivery person can you come tomorrow i ll remove ths temper glass now i dont know how to remove he said no class i cant come flipkart customer has to reschedule it. Same day evening i called customer care i requested them they are providing fake promises, send a wrong messeges. I was waited 3 days our my product will get it today or tomorow. Suddenly i getting a msg from flipkart your product has beed cancelled. Then i called customer care i told everything. Again i got a msg from flip at 24/10/2017 2.22 p. M saying our delivery executive in on the wa to your location to deliver your product with produt i. D and tacking i. D. I cant belive that i called customer care at 5 p. M they said yes your product wiill deliver by today. Its is chennai fort. I was very happy then i waited till 9 again i called customer care they said me it crossed 7.30 u ll get your product on or before 25/10/2017. If i called now they are saying prodcut has been cancelled from seller side. They are giving the offer for advertisement they itself cancelling. There is a some game is on. Dont support flipkart. Am having all evidence if its require i am can provide

                                    I have ordered apple smart watch for delivering the the smart watch they delivered wall clock. I paid 33500 rs. They asked some time to enquirer so it was almost 20 days they keep on postponing. I asked for a refund but they are saying that we cannot do anything for this. Please help me to get back my money. I have been contacting them daily they keep on saying something. Please help me to get back my money

                                      Replacement is not the solution of my problem, because the issue is in your product quality i mentioned that the quality was very poor it is not working in my mobile phone so why are you forcing to customer for replacement.
                                      It is not the customer service. You send me a poor quality charger than you told me that i will give you replacement i do not want any replacement. I think you are not reading my whole complaint where i mentioned that i do not want replacement so why should i take it. Closing the complaints from your end is does not meant that your customer is satisfied.
                                      I need better solution. Resolved my problem asap.

                                      You guys are in hurry for closing the complaint. I am always saying that, I do not want replacement but you are forcing for that.Now I am tired.I just want to say apology is not the only option for convincing the customer, if it is then i can also give you apology for purchasing on your website .Can you refund my money? NO you can not.Because customer money and sentiment does not matter for you. I am not saying you are for everyone but for me it is a bad experience (first time). Worst quality product, Worst customer service.I am not satisfied till now.but thank you i learned a lesson from you Next time i will make sure.

                                        I didn't cancell the order.

                                        Waited for a product for 20 days and finally when it got shipped flipkart cancelled from their side. Saying unable to deliver.

                                        Infact i was told that the item will be delivered by 11 am today and i was waiting in my house for that taking a half day leave as informed to the courier person who called me yesterday.

                                        Very poor customer care. Not expected from flipkart
