[Resolved] Flipkart — Grocery items delivery complaint

I ordered grocery from flipkart on Saturday evening, which was supposed to be delivered by Monday evening, and order didn't get delivered even on Tuesday. Flipkart customer care executive hung up on me by saying they cannot help or neither can I cancel my order. I am a woman who lives alone in delhi, and the first delivery executive misbehaved with me on phone, he was not only rude infact he yelled at me saying he cannot deliver my order as he is at ambience mall, vasant kunj and my delivery location was kishangarh, vasant kunj, which is hardly 4-5km distance. So far no customer support and i am being mentally harrassed that's it. I don't know where to go, nobody is helping me.

So far no help received, infact they delivered my order to god knows whom at 11.45 pm. And now when I spoke to executive, he said he cannot fo anything as order is already delivered. Order was not delivered to me, and second at 11.45, I don't even know where my order is, and who has it? Nobody is helping me out, just being mentally tormented for nothing. Please help!
