Passenger: Vikas Awasthy, On 2nd Dec 2020 Flight cancelled by AirAsia because of Covid issues. Refund provided from airline to Flipkart travel at cancellation time itself but from Flipkart after finishing one moth also did not get any refund or mail regarding this. I raised refund request also for same from Flipkart on 2nd Dec/16th Dec, 2020 and provided all related documents but still request showing pending. From 5th Jan 2021 I am daily following up dropping mail for same request but always I will get It will resolve in 24 Hrs but till Today 13th Jan same answer. I am mentally and financial harassed by Flipkart Travel. I want to get refund with amount 50000 Rs/- for compensation how much I have suffered already and still suffering mentally so I want to get compensation for same.
