I received a fake product from flipkart. It has been more than 2months since i order the product. I tried retuning the product but while returning the product, pick up guy investigated the product and informed me that this item is fake and he didn't take up. Fake product is received but no solution is provided

I received a fake product from flipkart. It's been more than 2months since i order the product, I made follow up multiple times with flipkart customer care people but every time i have been informed that solution will be provided from back end team. Now they are coming up and telling me that return policy period is over and they can't help me now. How long this flipkart have been cheating the people this way? Who can provide the solutions...

Return getting cancelled every time

I bought 2 boAt Rockerz 255F Bluetooth Headsets of ₹ 1364/- each. But got damaged and returned them. When asked for bank details for refund process, i gave card number instead of account number. Flipkart team told us that they have transacted the amount and should reach by 01 June 2020. But the transacted amount never reached the bank account.

ASKING Abhar details for product return

I ordered a product, ADIDAS T-SHIRT, through Flipkart. I got an entirely different product. At the same day I requested product return and refund. But I got a mail from Flipkart that I have to submit my Adhar card or PAN Card for the product return.

The returned item haven't been picked up yet

I made a return request on 17 November for a non functional laptop, and the return request was cancelled without a reason first, again I made a return request on 19th November and pick up date was given as 26 November which was already after 6 days, but still it is not picked up, it is delaying the refund process, it has already been 10 days and I am getting a lot of trouble in online studying....
