Hello Flipkart Team,

I am a Flipkart Plus Member and I am using this account more then 7 Years.

Flipkart team, please read this points:
* Happy to say, I am more interested to order from my account and I would like to say for this COVID-19 period ordered many products, nearly more then 3Lakhs.
* Then also my account is locked, but concern team should they didnt check my order history properly.
* Issues on some home appliance products, So I have to replace the products, but that is not available in sellar side. And I have raised the request and get my refund amount.
* Everything is done properly in flipkart side, but I don't know reason, my account is not able access now.

Facing below issues in flipkart:
Flipkart account not able to access on 5thFeb'21. I am continually spoken with more then 30+ customer care team members. But no one resolve my issue
One month before I have raised one more issue my registered mobile number is not yet updated in my account, that issue also not yet resolved.
So totally 2 issues,
1. Registered mobile no is not yet updated in my account
2. My Flipkart account is blocked(registered email id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in) - Dont know the proper reason.

Regarding these issues, I have sent mail through [protected]@flipkart.com also. Not a one time, 3 times have a sent, till now no response for that mail, really too bad :( :(

Note:
1. While discussed with every customer care person, simply raise the concern to Particular department. They will resolve your issue within one or two days. But no one given proper updates till now and mail also.
2. Most of the customer care persons cheating with customers, Simple they are putting hold, after that wont respond. Like that I am waiting more then 1hrs in the call itself for many times.(Happened for more then 5 times like that)
3. Most of the customer care team they dont have proper knowledge
4. Because of these type of customer care peoples only, flipkart get more negative feedback.

This is my very humble request for the concern team. Please check my order history and come to know how many transaction done on this email id. So Please Please...🙏 Unlock my account...🙏

I Love flipkart, in my neighbour circles to motivate online orders through flipkart.

Filpkart concern till now didn't consider my request. I don't know why these many requests raising daily, till now no one respond with proper information.

Past 20 days keep on following to customer care team about my account lock issue.

I hope all my issues resolve quickly for here. Still 100% believe flipkart only.

First of all, understanding my issue for the specific concern team. I didn't done for few orders, I have done lot of orders(all type of Home appliance including Groceries also). Some orders got damaged products and products also not delivery issues. But flipkart concern team consider these type of issues for unusually high number of return in my order history like that means. that is not correct reason to block my account.

One of customer care person told, send your ID PROOF for [protected]@flipkart.com with your issues. They will resolve your issue as soon as, but till now I didn't get single response for that concern team. (I have Sent mail 3 times for this email id with my proof).

Keep in Saying and requesting unlock my account, I need to continue my service with Flipkart, Eagerly waiting for my account able to access it again. Please consider and go through the entire mail, explained very clearly what are the issues are there in my account.

Hopefully solving my issues and I will login again with my registered email id([protected]@yahoo.co.in)

Actually concern team hurting the Flipkart Plus members good relationship with Flipkar applications.

Many ways trying to connect with flipkart, but no issues. They didnt check properly what is the issues in my account.

Waiting for good reply for your side.

I have more kind o[censored]nderstanding with flipkart applications. Thats why Keep on following flipkart to "Unlock my account"

Thank you so much Flipkart and customer.

No one give proper information for my concerns. Here after i wont refer any one for flipkart order and I am also not place any order through flipkart. Till now the concern team didnt consider my order history(Lot of orders are placed in my account([protected]@yahoo.co.in) and Unlock purpose I have sent mail with detailed information and attached the Aadhar Card Id proof also. Around one month before. (Attached screenshot for how many times sent email to flipkart)

I didnt get any single response for that mail.

    full description of the incident :
    •Order was placed for LG washing machine and Haier Refrigerator and on jan 9th and delivered the product on Jan 19th.

    •Both products turned out to be damaged, for washing machine as we turned it ON the water started coming out (internal water tank has been damaged).

    •For the refrigerator, we couldn’t even open the door.

    •We have placed a request for refund on jan 21st. And they have been delaying in providing refund.

    •They initially asked to wait till Feb 3rd, then feb 4th, then feb 7th and then feb 18th, and then feb 23rd.

    •And now as the return pickup could not be done before 18th, they have cancelled the return request from Flipkart side even though we did not request for the cancellation.

      I order it on the first sale that is on 12th February noon. The promise delivery date is today i.e 19th February. My item has not even been packed till now. I order it on first sale because i want it before majority have it. Now i am the least among the first sale order group. Please, i need it soon. I saved all my money and borrowed some to my friends for this product.

        My self Devendra kumar Sahu i ordered a product (SUTARIYA BROTHERS Astir 900 ml Bottle worth rs. 900/-) from Flipkart on 26 November 2020. But my product was totally defected so i returned my Bottle on 8th January 2021 to Flipkart. I claimed for refund to flipkart so flipkart send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 8th February 2021 at 04:31pm, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 900/- i called to flipkart and they provide me a Reference no. 17203011019102789573721for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transaction on that date after that again i called to flipkart and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, so i want to do charge dispute file.

            Hi,
            I ordered FITLETHIC 10pcs Resistance Band Set, Stackable Exercise Bands with Door Anchor, Ankle Strap Resistance Tube order ID OD[protected] at price of Rs 551

            One attempt done but I was not available.so I asked to come next day. But nobody come for delivery.

            It has been more than 18days i have not received the product. Each time representatives are calling and forcing me to cancel and reorder the product.

            Now product price is increased by Rs1000 ie 1500 Flip cart is asking to reorder it at this price.

            Please help.

              Product id OD[protected] purchased on EMI, and before delivery it was cancelled due to unavailability at station. Later on flipkart seller has fraudulently converted an emi of 802.59 on a partial amount of the product. Several complaint has been raised but no resolution came from flipkart even after a months.

                              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Phones and Accessories together with complacent customer service.

                              The issue that I have experienced is: Purchased 22/01 realme buds air . When received and unpacked they would not synchronise with any Bluetooth electronic item this I immediately informed Flipkart and requested a replacement via the website.. and waited. I received sms messages stating a technician would come to my house. No one came and no one called and no one messaged. This was repeated for four or more consecutive days. After about 6 days someone eventually called. The caller could not hear well and disconnected. I sent an sms to the number and I communicated that he needed to come before 2pm or after 4pm as I needed to take our dog for urgent surgery and that I would be out for 2 hours. He said he would get back. I heard nothing more. The next day I again messaged to ask about his visit and he told me the company had cancelled the tech visit. I immediately called Flipkart and after much effort I managed to speak with a customer service agent. I requested an email address for Flipkart as I was very unhappy with the service. He gave [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com. I have emailed but no reply has come back. He assured me he had reopened the case with many apologies and that the technician would contact me . Due to the communication issues I informed him I would be home all week and I could be contacted by what’s app or by text sms. Again nothing and today when I check Flipkart online the matter again has been marked resolved. Replacement rejected . How can you sell a product that is not working and fail to do anything reasonable to replace it? I have also written two emails to [protected]@realme.com . There answer is to have me run around as a person with vulnerabilities in what is still a global pandemic. Why should I put my life at risk for a faulty product on purchase which is the responsibility of flipkart to replace.

                              It occurred on: 21/01/2021

                              I want a new and working replacement for the item. It’s not a complicated matter or is it difficult to resolve.

                              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.

                                I was ordering a smart band from Flipkart. The order ID is OD[protected]. The payment was successful and the money has been deducted from my account. Flipkart Help Center is just ###. There is no way to register a complaint. The help center is just an FAQ section which is useless to resolve payment issues.

                                  I have purchased logo alphabet semi stitched lehenga choli on 1st Jan 2021 it was delivered to me on 6th Jan 2021. Then I have placed a replacement request because one item was missing from the product. Then the replacement has to be done on till 13th Jan 2021 but till now it is not being delivered to me.and whenever I call them they they only say that the higher authority will solve your problem. Every time they ignore me and my problem. Please I kindly beg you that you will help me

                                    I ordered a Smartphone on 8Feb 2021 ( Order ID - OD[protected] it showed expected shipping date to be 14Feb 2021 usually products get ship within 2-3days but today is 15Feb and my phone is not yet shipped. i tried reaching customer care but everytime they say that your complaint is forwarded to concern team. The order is prepaid and my money is stuck. Please tell me if you dont want to ship the product so that i can cancel it and buy it from other website or offline store. Please do something.

                                      I have ordered oneplus earbuds from flipkart on 12.2.2021.It was delivered on 13.2.2021(next day).but I have received different brand earphone, so I have requested for replacement of the product, but the seller is trying to cancel my return request.Now the replacement request is getting rejected by the seller from flipkart.so please give replacement or refund for the product I have received as soon as possible.

                                        Sir i ordered from flipkart on 03-Feb 2021 against order number OD[protected] and expected date was given on 08- Fab 2021 by flipkart and payment already done through Debit card (the sum of rupees 1699 at the time of booking. But the item is not deliver to me up to till date(14-Fab 2021) i contacted flipkart costumer care but sufficient answer not given to me and every time i contacted them they are extending the delivery time of the product doesnt know when will be the product delivered by flipkart so kindly take action against the concern company for cheating customers by showing fake estimated delivery date...
