Instead of sending 2 kg of dal they sent only 500 g. I have called their customer care four times and raised return requests five times. Instead of providing the correct product, again and again the seller says that I have not provided clear images of the product. It has been almost two weeks now. Either Flipkart is scamming or the seller is scamming. They expect us to give up by making it difficult to fix THEIR mistake.
Four different customer care execs took my bank details etc, but no resolution till now (21 Dec) for an order placed on 8 December.

I suppose this Flipkart plus membership is just a hoax and of no use to the customer.
I have tried to reach out to customer support but nobody seems concerned about my issue and the calls get disconnected every time.
Whenever I ask the Customer rep to transfer the call to escalation team/manager they put me on hold and disconnect the call.
It seems a lot of people are facing this issue and this is a scam by flipkart. I have many lawyers in my family so if this is not refunded by the end of the year I think we should all just take them to court for cheating their customers.
