      I have Purchased one Washing machine from FlipKart. After return they show its already been refunded by the seller on 5th Dec but i have not yet received that money on my bank account yet.
      I have tried contacting flipkart customer care as well as my bank branch.
      I have send the Bank statement screenshots to flipkart and all but I am still waiting no resolution yet.
      I am scared I will lose my money and get scammed.

        Sir/Madam,

        I have tried to connect with Flipkart Call Centre Team thrice on 12.12.2022 to get updated information about my order id OD[protected] but could not get the same because as per their information no order is associated with my registered mobile number [protected].

        Well, in you application also nothing is being shown in the tracking details since 8th Dec. 2022 that is why I am in totally dilemma that the order has been placed or not.

        Said order was supposed to be delivered on 13.12.2022 but has yet not been delivered and no any further update has been supplied by Flipkart Team after emailing them many times.

        I hope, you shall be getting back to me immediately with complete update about the matter.

          I ordered steam wallet code from Flipkart and haven't recieved them since last week. It is supposed to be delivered on same day . After contacting customer care, they keep saying we have escalated and wait for so and so time . They have not provided any resolution to yet and not even refunding my amount.

            I have ordered one Smart phone and got that on 9th Dec. But in the back side it was opened. I would like to replace. Yesterday I had talked to your colleague Mr. Sahid and he told me that he is referred to replace. And now i am seeing here in my Order that the replacement is reject. Kindly help me to get the replaced new set.

            The seller is like very dishonest. The set was covered by back case in the box. The delivery boy opened the box and shown the set as usual without open the back case and left the place. Later when I open the back case to insert the SIM, i had seen the back side of the phone was opened and damaged.

            I have complained so many times but not getting any positive answer.

              Hi,

              I placed an order for a top load washing machine through flipkart on 7th December. While placing the order, The money got deducted from my bank account however order was not placed. Neither the money was refunded nor the item delivered. I approached flipkart customer care several times however no action was taken so far and they just keep delaying the resolution timelines . Please help me in getting this resolved

                Flipkart has blocked my account without telling me any reason I have been calling them since last one month but they can not give any response Every time I call customer care number they take three days time but do not give any response after 3 days or 5 days I also have 4200 rupees in my account, they have kept it very troubling, they don't even give any reason why they have done it.

                    I have ordered a SAMSUNG 80 cm (32 Inch) HD Ready LED Smart Tizen TV with 2022 Model (UA32T4380AKXXL) (OD[protected] from flip kart site on 12/12/2022 at 12:04 PM. Payment got deducted from my SBI bank account but flipkart shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 2 days to happen something. I lodged a complain also on flipkart but no response even after 72 hours. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

                      I ordered IFB 23 L Convection Microwave Oven (Order ID: OD[protected] on 4th December, 2022. The order status is showing as Order is Pending since 9 days, and the amount got deducted from Bank. After all this I tried reaching customer service several times but no resolution been provided yet, just rotating conversations and wasting time unnecessary, but still the situation is same.

                                    On 11th Dec 2022, I received text message from flipkart at 8:12 pm which says 70, 000 has been paid successfully using flipkart pay later. Someone placed orders for Apple iphone 13 128gb mobile phone worth Rs. 65, 068 and Levis shirts worth Rs. 4, 932 from Flipkart Pay Later service out of the INR 70, 000 limit. I tried login my account, and the message that popped up was “Your account is inactive, please contact customer support to reactivate”.

                                    When I got the message, I immediately started calling customer care to notify them about the issue. I mentioned that my account is hacked, please cancel the orders placed, these are not placed by me. I explained the same case to 2 different executives and 1 senior-level person to whom they transferred the call. Flipkart customer executive cancelled the Levis shirts worth Rs. 4, 932 but didn't cancel the iphone because he said that it is already been in shipping mode. I insisted them to cancel the order and also asked them to talk to eKart Logistics to stop the order from being delivered but the Flipkart executive didn't do. In turn he provided eKart Logistics delivery agent bridge connection phone number with pin number and asked me to call the agent myself. I called him more than 30 times, but he is simply rejecting the calls and within few minutes at 10.53PM in the late night the iphone (worth Rs. 65, 068) got delivered and after that the bridge connection phone number stopped working. The order got delivered to New Delhi address. I am unable to login to my Flipkart account also.

                                    Now, there is a debt of Rs. 70, 000 (65, 068 for iphone and 4, 932 for Shirts) in my name for which is already added by the IDFC FIRST Bank, Flipkart pay later to my payables for the month.

                                    No action taken by Flipkart immediately when they are getting calls from the registered number stating that the account is hacked?

                                    It is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions for using Flipkart Pay Later EMI service that you will get an OTP for confirmation of the amount for which the order is placed. Whereas I directly received a message that you have used this amount. I didn’t receive OTP confirmation on my registered number.

                                    Also, I didn't get any delivery update to my registered mobile number like order placed, shipped, out for delivery etc. and didn't receive any order confirmation call as well for such expensive order.

                                    Please help me with this

                                      Hi, I have ordered a Duke Polyester Jacket from Flipkart of Rs 2340. But I have received is Duke Flip Flops of Rs 499. Now, when I have initiated return stating the reason that I have received 'completely different product'. The pickup boy comes and denies for the pickup stating that they want jacket as per the product description. This happened 2 times, I have raised return request, pickup boy denies and Flipkart cancels my return request. When talking to customer executive on Flipkart, they only says to wait for 48 hours, then until 9th Dec, then 10th, then 12th and then 14th. I haven't got my refund.
                                      Its not my fault that I have received a wrong product. Even I have shown the wrong product to the delivery boy when came to deliver the product. He also says to initiate the return. Its been so many days until now I haven't got any resolution from Flipkart.
