The issue is I need to update my phone number as my other number is permanently closed/assigned to other person. I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the numbers, i.e. new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

    Kindly activate my account atleast my wallet money can be used which are blocked for last 3 months
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Nothing have happened, my account is still blocked, I am able access my wallet funds for last 75 days .This is not fair.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      This is Tanmoy Roy, hereby writing to complain about Flipkart and how they did fraud with me. I ordered a Greensoul chair on 27th Sept 2022 (ID- OD[protected], for which I got delivery on 6th october. After receiving the product I found some problem in chair and faults, for which I placed return and refund within the stipulated date given for the product. After talking with seller (Greensoul) and Flipkart, both agreed for return and refund also.The product was picked up by them on 27th of October (for which I have video evidence) however still the process is not initiated. After talking to Green soul, they confirm refund of product from their side. But Flipkart is not cooperating and refunding my money. They are even disconnecting calls when I am trying to connect with them, not giving any solution. My money (Rs. 7428) is still stuck by Flipkart.

      Consumer complaints platform is my last hope and I have complete faith that your authority will take strict measures against such fraud. It is my earnest request to your authority to look into the issue immediately and take immediate steps to refund my money.

        I had Order Mafatlal 300 TC Cotton King Abstract Flat Bedsheet. My order number OD[protected]. First, they deliver the wrong item (Multicolor Gulal). I raised the wrong item return request as per the Flipkart portal. They accepted my return request and the item was resent. However delivery person decline to hand over the item as he is asking for returned bedsheet (But I received Gulal). Now left with Gulal and paid for the bedsheet.

          Hi!

          I ordered a product of Rs. 529 on 12th November 2022 and paid the amount via 2 payment methods, Rs. 29 from Paytm wallet and Rs. 500 from Flipkart gift card wallet. I received the product on 17th November 2022 but I didn't like the product, I wasn't happy with it, so i returned it and requested a refund and it was accepted. The order was picked up the next day, on 18th November and I was refunded Rs. 29 to my Paytm wallet but Rs. 500 hasn't been refunded to my Flipkart gift card wallet. I contacted their support through social media (Twitter) as well as through their app but they don't tend to solve my issue, instead they're just wasting my time without providing any proper information.

          My issue hase been resolved by the Flipkart, they had refunded Rs. 500 gift card to me but it wasn't showing up in Gift card wallet because the wallet balance was Rs. 0.00 but after several follow ups I got to know that my money was refunded on Nov 18 to the EGV it belonged to earlier ( It was reflecting in wallet balance which it is used to earlier whenever we had been refunded in Gift card wallet).

            Hi Team,

            I have ordered multiple products at one and one of them is a Phillips Trimmer. I received the product and I started using it. There is some problem with the trimmer and to claim the warranty, I went to Flipkart website and tried to download the Invoice. Unfortunately it didn't generated any Invoice. I have raised the query with customer care and they did sent me the Invoice. It has the invoice for all the products in the Order ID but the Invoice for Phillips Trimmer was missing. I did further escalated this with customer care and you know what the customer care responded??? That I will not be getting Invoice for Phillips trimmer. I am confused if they are in their senses!!

            How come someone doesn't provide Invoice to customer for the products they purchased. Moreover, this is an electronic device. They started forcing me to accept that they won't share the Invoice with me.

            I am not sure if it is a right platform to complain but the Flipkart customer care was of NO HELP

              Hi Team,

Same day i requested i need replacement with in 20 November.. because I'm going abroad 21 November morning.. All customer care representative are giving reply, we will mention this details.. till now (19 nov) product not shipped yet.. so product impossible for delivery at 20 November..

                Flipkart thinking customer fool or something??
                I need refund and take this damaged product. If don't have Replacement policy, change it ..

                    I have purchased "amiciSmart Biometric Door Lock"

                    It got delivered on 5November.
                    This is for my new home and I live in USA. so I told my watchman to open when Carpenter comes.
                    On 15th Carpenter opened parcel, the actual item is not there it was all bean bags. And waste stuff.
                    We have taken photos and painter is also evidence all working people are there when the parcel is opened for installation. Everybody surprised by seeing flipkart delivery system.

                    Immediately i reported to flipkart customer care. They took three days and responded to me saying return time is over. That product has 7 days to return.

                    Please let me know the solution.

                          I ordered a Lowepro Pro Runner BP 450 AW II Camera Bag on 6th Nov 2022 it's Price is ₹13, 464 it was delivered on 10th Nov 2022. When I ask wish master to open box the wish master said that flipkart don't allow them to open box no matter what happens and he ask me to make a unboxing video if I think something is not right. And i was right I received a wrong brand and wrong design bag in other words completely different bag. So i raised a return request but seller isn't approving my return request. I already raised 6-7 times return request but seller isn't approving my return request and i have already shared product image and other documents with flipkart but flipkart isn't approving my return request. I have it's unboxing video also in case you didn't trust me. I have it's unboxing video also. I am sharing it's tax invoice and unboxing video with the product image.

                              Another day has gone.

                              I have sent last msg for installation is not being yesterday and even not today, its still pending. While I call today customer care to know what is the status of coming service engineer than customer care said me that Pls wait till 7 pm today (20/11/22). He will come definitely and confirmed after enquiry.
                              I already told to Flipkart customer care and service engineer also that I work in company and I had to take leave for attend the service engineer. One more day i will have to take leave for waiting and installation.
                              This is very nonsens and waste of time with money.
                              From 22/10/2022 to till date, I already taken leave 5-6 days leave. Now 6 days salary will be deduct from salary. Who will be responsible for all this. Rs 4200 deduct from my salary due to take leave for attend service engineer and every day has been delay.
                              I m very disappointed still for service.

                              It is all failure. No one is understand. Just doing formalities and doing Nothing.

                              I m continue follow but there is any one responsible person or not. Why don't understand of customer problem. It's better to buy product from local market

                              Today was installation day after replacement. But not done
                              Please see below msg which I sent to Flipkart help msg center.
                              Will Anybody confirm how much time they will take for installation. Everyday is important for me. I cant go anywhere to do other work becouse service engineer can come any time .

                              I have sent last msg for installation is not being today.
                              Than customer care told me . Pls wait till 8 pm today (19/11/22). I m waiting still and I call him ( service engineer) who was appointed for installation today.
                              He said me that today installation will not be complete. I ask for next day. Than he said don't know about installation tomorrow will be done or no.
                              I already told Flipkart customer care that I work in company and I had to take leave for attend the service engineer. One more day i will have to take leave for waiting and installation.
                              From 22/10/2022 to till date, I already taken leave 4-5 days leave. 5 days salary will be deduct from salary. Who will be responsible for all this. Rs 3500 deduct from my salary due to take leave for attend service engineer and every day has bee delay.
                              I m very disappointed still for service.
                              I will wait tomorrow for installation my Product.
                              Please confirm it without failure. Other wise I will have to take action .

                              Seller - Omnitechretail.

                              I have recived product after 20 minutes it has been turn off suddenly. I have raise a complaint on 23rd oct 22. Technician had about to come on 26 oct but he came 30th oct 22 and open the product at my home I told him u just replace my order and not open here u can take it your service shop or center. And give me replace the product.
                              He just call a person and open my tv in front of me all port or connection wire disconnected by him and take photo and send his service provider.
                              Than i observed and note that the sunvoice speaker used in product is 20 watt only ( 10watt+10watt- two speaker) and in product have mentioned 40 watt cybersound i have taken a photo on that time.
                              It is totally fraud. If the technician not open the product than how could i know this fraud. I don't know how many item will be used in product which is can be as low quality.
                              note - Technician not arrived at fix date . I taken leave for attend him. 2-3 days salary will be deduct from salary. I do a job. I have suffered very much regarding this unstallation.

                                  I have ordered a motog52 on 17th Nov and received the product on 18th Nov. While setting up the phone ai found it was already used by someone.

                                  As a consumer, I didn't expect this from Flipkart and it's a clear cheating from Flipkart. I NEED A PENALTY FROM FLIPKART.

                                    Many of the products such as Reebok, Adidas & others sold by retailnet are shown not deliverable in my City (Ahmedabad) despite it being biggest City in entire state.
