I have orderd one product Lenovo Celeron Dual Core (4 GB/256 GB HDD/256 GB SSD/DOS) 82C3A00DIH Laptop (15.6 inch, Grey) from flipkart.com The order id is OD[protected]
And the order was unsuccessful even though the amount was debited from my gift card. The amount of rs 19990 is deducted from my gift card . And the gift card amount is not refunded yet. Still its not reflecting in my gift card

wallet account section.

And in mail they told that they will credit rs 100 giftcard for token of apology. That also not added till now.

I spoke to flipkart customer care executives several times (5-6 times through phone and several times through mail) but no use. They are not responding at all. They are acting like very lazy. Sometimes they had cut the phone also. I dint even think about this type of # from flipkart team. This is the worst experience ever in flipkart store. As a customer i dont recommend buying productsfrom flipkart. Because they will give you poor support and service after the order.

Compared to flipkart, amazon.in stores support and service is very good. Flipkart is getting worst now days.

I have ordered xxl size diaper but Flipkart delivered L size, since then 20days already passed and i am continuously requesting to return the product but Flipkart only giving false commitment and their fraud wishmaster are cancelling the return by putting remarks that product is damage but no one till now came for pickup, then how they no that product is damage??
The product is under essential catagory, then how this type of negligence and fraud act acceptable??

I Ordered for my ambition mobile one of Mobile Called Oneplus 10R. I arranged money long time to go finally decide and ordered through flipkart which total value was 34868. Today I got massage today products arriving. I ready to make payment for my order mobile. I paid and takes my percel.
But while I open the flipkart percel I am shocked and very much heart while see there nothing. The seller and flipkart both are done Scam with me. They delivered Empty percel in intact condition but there complete item missing behavior just like criminal.
I contacted flipkart customer support they created return request but not received refund amount they avoiding my case I am trouble and pretty much upset with this scam. Huge amount are facing loss I will die if not received my refund. Here Humbly requesting Take necessary action against flipkart for further action and Refunded my paid amount of 34868 as soon as possible.

My account is operated by third person .on my flipkart account [protected] . there are some fraud transaction from my account and changed my email id from my account .is this any kind of fraud with me

My order no is : OD[protected], I received used phone which I had requested for refund but my refund was rejected even after submitting the images o[censored]sed phone with preinstalled screen guard and IMEI sticker missing on the phone. Please process my refund else I will file the case in Comsumer forum.

awaiting replacement & uninstallation

I bought new lenovo i3 laptop (81X800J3IN | 81X800LGIN) 8GB RAM 512GB SSD. Order ID : OD[protected]. The specification for display in Flipkart is IPS display with 250 nits. But the received product spec in TN display with 220 nits. In other website like amazon and panel information from hardware site is TN 220 nits for this product. I have complained this specification issue to Flipkart many times and they always canceling my return request without proper information. The product information in Lenovo website is TN 220 nits. The issue is with product specification given by seller to flipkart and flipkart placed the information in their website without backend validation.

Delivery executive Misbehaving and inappropriate taking, and threatened customer. Request for redelivery on next working hour denied.

I have bought this phone in exchange with Infinix Hot 12 Play, using paylater. The phone I have received got problems in display. Technician visit did not happened, till to day. Customer care support did not call. I filed return request almost 10 days ago. This is the second time this is happening.

Ordered item (Order id :OD[protected] on 09th Feb 2023, the item reached my nearest hub 10h Feb, was expected to be delivered by 11th feb, but was delayed for no clear reason and rescheduled to with next 3days But Flipkart cancelled the order for reason and they did not even try to call and give any justification to cancellation.

I booked this order in bank offer and exchange
The executive told to book again but the offer were didn't exist and it was ended

This is so irresponsible by Flipkart and no senior manager is ready to talk give the solution

I want my hard earned money back...I am a very old customer in Flipkart...Then why Flipkart has send me defective Portronics Power Bank in which I am unable to charge any electronics gadget now whose fault its...If The portronics 2000mah power bank is working fine then why should I return this item..But Flipkart intentionally send me defective power bank so my hard earned money flipkart can steal...I am a plus member of Flipkart & my account is very old account but after communication with flipkart customer care on 13th Feb, 2023 that I want to return thi item customer care executive raise the return request but after that My flipkart account has been blocked...How is that possible...My return policy is going to over on 15th of Feb, 2023. I want my hard earned money back...then why flipkart has send me the defective power bank which is required urgently. I want my refund back as soon as possible as my return policy is over on 15th of feb, 2023.

Hey, First of all this is my complaint about an product which i ordered from flipkart and its been 16 days now that i did not get refund and everytime whein i call customer care they say the same thing that operational team working but i am pissed off now

Two numbers of the product mentioned in the subject were ordered on 8 Feb, 2023 and delivered on 14 Feb, 2023. On opening the package, I noticed that I had received one wrong and one right product. I tried to contact customer care but there was no response. I wish to request for a replacement of the product. Kindly refer to the image below illustrating which is right and which is wrong product. Note the location of the notch in both.
