Flipkart — GST invoice is not provided by the seller

Dear Sir,
I have purchased an Air Conditioner (LG AI Convertible 6-in-1 Cooling 2023 Model 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AI Dual Inverter 4 Way Swing, HD Filter with Anti-Virus Protection AC - Silver Deco) on date 06-April-2023. I have chosen for the GST invoice while ordering. After completing the order i have discussed with the Flipkart executive about the GST invoice. They have ensured me that the invoice will be delivered to me after the product is delivered . But it has already been more than 18 days the order has been delivered, they are not giving me the GST invoice for which I am suffering a huge loss .
