I ordered 2 Wow Science Body Lotion on April 11th. I received the package on April 13rd. The outer carton was not fully and properly sealed. I opened the packet and found one lotion bottle to be a faulty one. Usually lotion bottles come wrapped in a thin plastic cover. It was torn on the top part and the nozzle was found to be detached from the bottle. You can even see the spring on the bottle. I tried to place the nozzle back on the bottle but it does not seem to work. Other bottle is fully wrapped and is in good condition. I would like to get a replacement for the damaged one. In the FAQ page, it is written return or replacement is possible by going to 'My Order' Page but there is no option either for return or replacement on that page. No support from customer care. Even if there is no return allowed for this product; they should say so. They have disabled the chat option.

Last year I bought the same lotion from this same seller ( Body Cupid ) and the nozzle was not working but I did not complain as there was no packing problem. Only when I started using the lotion I understood the pump and nozzle was not working properly, I thought it was accidental. I think the seller is selling damaged bottles online. They won't accept return. A trick to sell damaged products which otherwise is not possible offline when the nozzle is broken. I paid Rs.303 for 100 ml lotion including cash handling fee for COD.

    I buy a Levi’s jacket from Filpkart in red colour costed me 3390 with the order I’d OD[protected] and received a green colour which is damaged, l asking for return and refund but it is still pending, asking for scan copy of id proof to upload on online portal. not able to understand why it is required. Kindly arrange the return and refund money.
    Now they force me to provide the id proof.

        I have purchased a data cable from Flipkart with a delivery fee. I ordered it on 6th April, they delivered it delaying on 11th April 2023 and it was incompatible so i
        Requested for replacement and they accepted it on 12th. But i didn't get the replacement product still today[protected] i made several calls to them no one is responding properly. Simply saying they have no update on the product. Big brand cheating like this.

            Hi All,
            I placed orders for iron boxes 8 different types a 4 each. Instead of getting 32 products i received only 8 products. ( All above numbers are inductive actual numbers may be more or less but Flipkart is a fraud and that's for sure ) Before i even check why this happened my account was blocked. telling i have placed many return request. But that's not true they never delivered the product on the first hand and i never raised return request. And even after raising multiple concerns they are not providing proper resolution. If you are don't want to deliver same items multiple times then why do you allow to place the order???? Why do you take the payment for all the undelivered products too??? And then now aftr having the product as well as the money you block the customer as though he/she is just nothing and you cheat in the daylight. You are a cheat...!!! Indeed your a fake customer centric company...you are a looter... Begging is better then stealing... I really feel bad for your pathetic situation which has made you to steal from innocent customers. All my orders were prepaid. I have been cheated more then 50000rs. Now i don't have the product and not even the money and left to run behind these Buffons for refund and justice. India is changing... India is great... People are growing and learning new ways to cheat people.

              I ordered a smartphone Motorola G73 5g 128GB(Lucent White) from Flipkart. The seller was MTAILMODEECOM.
              I received the mobile on 25th March 2023, when I opened the box, there was scratch on the screen of mobile. I requested for replacement the same day i.e 25th March.
              I was asked by Flipkart to send proper photos which shows scratch clearly. I followed all their steps.
              They made me fill a consent form in which it says they would take action against the seller but they didn't do anything about the issue.
              I have been calling them continuously since 20 days and they again and again say to wait till the maximum date alloted which is now 25th April.
              So I want to complain against the Flipkart and the seller MTAILMODEECOM for doing fraud and looting people's money.
              I request you to please take action against them as soon as possible so I get my money back or get new product.

                      I abhay kamboj, I ordered one product whose name is zebronics zeb vita pro mini soundbar. This order will delivered in my location on 29 march 2023, that product is broken or damaged, I return this product but that my mistake I choose wrong reason then flipkart will not take ny return approved, I appreciate with this, but then second time i talk flipkart customer service flipkart agent is not listen my return request, then i reopen my issue, every flipkart agents will give time and tell wait for 24 hours or 72 hours and my main problem is when this product was deliver and i came my house I checked that my mini soundbar zebronics zeb vita pro is broken or damaged and in box there is no warranty card, product bill, soundbar charging cable and no wrap in soundbar.                         I paid Rs.1299 for order OD[protected], which was not shipped even after 5 days, and even after doing a lot of follow up from my end it's not shipped also even on April 15th, I cancelled the order as it's taking lot of time as it's even not shipped also on April 15th
                        Now they have deducted 30 rs.as a cancellation fee .
                        When they are unable to deliver the customer thr item and if the customer cancels how can they take 30 rs as a cancellation fee .
                        I want my amount 30 rs to be paid back to me.

                            I have flipkart pay later limit of ₹20000 and have been using since 3 years. But now whenever i try to purchase anything I can't use pay later option( it shows this payment method is not availble for this order and says it on every product) what is going wrong. Tried to contact their customer care bit he was also not able to help as he was saying non sense thing.

                                It's been a month that I have been talking to Flipkart for the same reason. Everytime I talk to the representative, a return request is placed but the pick up agent never come or any call from him and I keep getting the same text from Flipkart that pick up rejected due to product mismatch. A very unprofessional response from them. This has become a nightmare whereas this should have been such a simple process. I will never use Flipkart moving ahead or recommend to my friends and family. Total waste of money and time as they don't value their customers at all.

                                        I want the product because after placing my order and payment the seller cancelled my order if the seller was facing the shortage of the product so why the seller accepted my order..
