I have ordered Motorola G73 from Flipkart on 22nd March, 2023 with exchange of my old mobile Poco m4 5g. But the wishmaster is not accepting exchange product because IMEI not matching he said. But the thing is while ordering, Flipkart app didn't asked me to enter IMEI details of my old mobile, only asked to select device and model details. So if I have not entered IMEI no. then how can IMEI no. be matched. This is not a kind of bug Flipkart is having in its website or app and they don't have any idea about. Literally waste of time. While calling customer care, they are just giving timeline to get issue solved. Please look into the issue.

      I bought a watch from flipkart on 03-03-23. The product were in defective condition and there were no option to return the product on the flipkart site. Then I contacted and informed the issue I faced, customer care said there is an issue with site and they promised to solve the issue by 09-03-23. Meanwhile I tried to return the product many times and contacted customer care and their response was issue has escalated to concerned team.
      Then I received mail as the problem will resolve by 15-03-23 and customer care gave promise that I will get refund within 7 days on 10-03-23. Meanwhile I confirmed Account details for refund approximately 4 times.
      On 17-03-23 again I contacted to Flipakrt an then they promised the refund will be reflected in bank with in 7 days.
      Since the Promise date lapsed, I tried to contact the flipkart, replied that thr retunr policy expired and need to contact with concerned brand my self.

      Based on customer care promise, I bought another watch from Flipkart. Now they are saying they cannot refund.

      When I contacted customer care, they said issue has been escalated to concerned team. This is the same response I'm getting for 1 month. Why the concerned team not resolving the issue since it happened in the beginning of March? Don't they know how to solve the issues or are Flipkart Teams not qualified and a negligency staff?

          Scammer logged in at 6:41 AM 23.03 2023, and they used my account and did some unauthorised frequent transactions from my saved credit cards on flipkart account. The scammer purchased some e gift vouchers from flipkart and used my 4(four) credit cards. this is very sad to say that your account security is very poor. i have regiested FIR against this.
          I request you to revoke those transactions and help me to get my money back.

              I purchase a pump from flipkart and i place a replacement of product becase product is broken from downside and replacement came but replacement product is not good as i think so i place a refund pick up done on march 11 pick done but no refund return so i complaint in flipkart support they told me product not received or not picked soo i visited ekart where i see my product in corner of ekart campus i just made a video and upload on twitter now flipkart take no action on it and ekart courier boy came in my office and told me to take back my complaint

                I ordered sum of 5 grocery items in flipkart, they billing the item and sent it to me, and also i paid for it, when i open the package 4 items only available in the package, when i raised a complaint about this, there is no reply, now i realized how they cheating peoples, i lost 500rs for that item, i did not expect this from such reputation application, its flipkart job to rectify the problem, but they did not care about this. .Pls peoples, be aware these kind of scam and buy directly from shop.

                    I have created flipkart account in 2019 with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account

                          I purchased Eureka Forbes Robo vacuum cleaner through Flipkart. It is not working. I contacted customer care on 1st March 2023 but so far they are not resolve my issue even after repeated follow up through emails and phone conversations. So please intervene in this issue and arrange refund/replacement. The invoice copy, product details and Complaint details are attached.

                            I have booked item from Flipkart service by order ID- OD[protected]. The item was received on 9 Feb 23, But whenever I operate, the item was found defective. As per return policy of 07 days, I launch a return request next day to flipkart service, the Courier Executive taken the damaged product on 28 Feb 2023 and courier team confirmed the damaged product reached to vendor on 4 Mar 2023. After that flipkart cancelled the refund and I am not getting proper response from flipkart team. Whenever i ask the customer support (email, chat & call) they say within 48 hours we will respond, but again they extend the time on last minute. It was almost 2 months they taken money as well as product no response. Please help on this issue, i raised the concern to twitter but again no response from flipkart team.

                                Dear Team, i have made the one request for refund for a watch (casio MTP-1381D-AVDF Analog watch for men A840), they are not giving our refund amount and not answering as well past 9 day from 15 th march they are not picking his product and daily telling to me today, today but till now they are not even picking it or nor even giving a refund, customer care are totally not helping they always use to word that today it will happen by 9 pm but never pm are coming, they are giving daily excuse being girl am suffering a lot by flipkart torture and harrasment.

                                    I have received a faulty laptop(brand: lenovo) from flipkart on 9th feb 2023 in which keypad light is not working properly.I have contacted the lenovo team they have sent me technician and verified the laptop condition and confirmed it is a faulty product and sealed the product by issued a DOA letter to me. They asked me to submit this letter to flipkart and get the refund from them. I have raised a return request from flipkart. they have been processing this request since then. As given in the flipkart app they have to arrange a technician visit to my place on March 10th but he has neither visited nor called me, and i havent got any message about his arrival.I have mentioned the same to flipkart.They are asking 24-48 hrs to recify the issue every day when iam calling . I have bought this to learn a course but course is halfway done. On 24 march 2023 they have rejected the return request stating that the seller is not accepting the returns. please help me on this issue as the amount is around 55000.

I have tried to place the return within the window period but the flipkart application is not working with returns . I have contacted the flipkart customer care immediately and asked them to raise the return request on behalf of me. But they have also facing the same application issue. They have raise the issue and asked me to not to worry about the return window date since I have intimated them in the call about my return within the window period . they have resolved that and raised my return after 10 days succesfully. but now they rejected the return mentioning that the return window period is completed . I have the call recordings of every call for your referrence.
                                    I have DOA letter from the brand with me . please help me .

                                        Ordered Dell laptop battery from Flipkart. As i have received empty box without main items, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?
