Flipkart — Harassment by Delivery agent and Flipkart Company | |||
I placed an order on Flipkart Gionee Max Mobile Phone with an exchange offer, my old Lenovo k8 plus phone. The new Gionee Max Mobile price 4999 and with exchange offer of Lenovo k8 plus 2600 off. Total money I have to pay is 2499 . But when delivery agent of ekart told me my old phone must be excepted as defective product and exchange value will be reduced, when my old Lenovo k8 plus pass all the check.
