[Resolved]  Flipkart — Have not received money back to my account from failed order

I have ordered boat storm smartwatch from Flipkart on 8th October and payment has done with Paytm wallets. order id: PZT[protected]A7OA501 and transaction id: [protected] and from Flipkart I have received message "order not confirmed because payment was not confirmed from the bank" but when I contacted with Paytm customer care they said that "amount has deducted successfully" also they have given confirmation letter from their end but still I have not received my money back to account and I'm attaching screenshots of all please help me out with this issue

Order not confirm from Flipkart but amount has successful transferred to Flipkart because I have the confirmation letter from paytm even I have attached though

transactions of till the toady date you can I didn't get any refund from Flipkart
