[Resolved]  Flipkart — Headphones refund rejected even though technical performance is bad

I would like to raise compaint on flipkart on my recent order which is headphones. I received headphone on 2nd june and after listening to it i was not satisfied with performance and want to return it and claim refund. But flipkart associated one technical visit from jeeves where one person visited home and took picks of the product. He tested it and he only decided it is working fine and simply rejected my refund. I told him performance is very bad and that guy didn't had any testing kit itself and he simple tested headphones by connecting to my phone and listening one song and finally said it is fine. What the ### testing is that ? These jeeves service and flipkart guys are simply playing with people and return policy is worst compared to other online platforms example Amazon. I would request to file a complaint against flipkart and refund my amount as soon as possible as i have packed the product with out missing single tag. Attached order images
