[Resolved]  Flipkart — help requested for flipkart / jeeves complete mobile protection plan - never expected bad service

Hi team,

My name is maninder reddy and mobile number [protected].

I have purchased realme x mobile from flipkart with complete mobile protection plan on 12th august 2019. My mobile display is not working now. I dialed[protected] and registered a complaint with request id : cmp[protected] and claim id : iw[protected] with jeeves helpdesk on 25th june 2020. I have struggled to register this complaint by dialing more than 10 times with call waiting time of 20 mins every time to get the operator. I have never expected such a bad customer service from flipkart.

After registering the claim the executive told with in 5 days mobile will be picked up for service but no one came and no response from anyone and not even a email for registration the claim. Again i have tired calling customer care this time they told within 7 days not 5 days wait for 2 more days for pickup so waited again for another 2 days no luck this time also. Finally after 7 working days i called jeeves customer care for the status of my claim now they started a new story saying escalated to backend team and asking me to wait for 2 more days for the pick up of mobile.

It's been almost 11 days over i don't know what is happening with flipkart and their service team. How many 2 more days i have to wait for mobile to get repaired. Please help me to get resolve this issue and not getting any help from jeeves or flipkart.
