I placed an order for the study table on june 1, 2020 via flipkart vide order number - od[protected]. The expected delivery date was 15june2020 however i did not get any information about the order until 15june the tracking details showed only order was shipped by the seller and no other details, i reached out to flipkart customer care many times, reached out via email, chat etc but no luck even they didn't have any info and asked me to wait till 15 june but i got a message that the order couldn't be delivered and will be delivered by 22 june. Again no status update on the order not even origin, where is product right now or nothing related to the product was available on the flipkart side. Again i called one 100 times spoke to them and the executive promised that the order will be delivered on 22 june before 7 pm and within few hours i got a message that it will be delivered on 27th june, so i kept calling them and asked for delivery agent details or at least to let me know the location where the product is presently. But they are not sure since i have got multiple promises on the delivery date am very sure that i will not get the product on 27 june, 2020 also, so i decided to place the cancellation also. Flipkart exec has no information about the order, no idea about the delivery partner but they want me to wait until 27 which i cannot do and asked them to cancel but they were rude saying we cannot help you and you have to wait until 27 june. But i am sure the delivery date will be changed to july 5 and so on.
Its pathetic to know that flipkart do not know about their seller or any info about the order and anything. So sick of you guys, why are you guys even exist in the market, go learn from other ecom websites. Refund my money, will never use flipkart.

Updated by JSathik You guys are total useless people, Seller reached out to me a couple of days back saying the item has been returned to him due to the lockdown and asked to cancel the order, however even after repeated calls and messages you guys are not even helping. I want to cancel the order and refund my money.
