Flipkart — Horrible call support

Very horrible customer support.
Flipkart has raised a request for the concern and by evening they marked it as resolved without even taking any confirmation from me.
This is really taking me to another level of frustration. Their customer support still drops the calls abruptly when even I speak to them and explain my concern, in fact almost every call of mine was dropped in middle without addressing the concerns. I seriously want to file a case on Flipkart for making me go through so much of struggle from past 1 month.
The calls got dropped every single time like literally more than 100 times in this 1 month of time. Nobody cares to even call back or nobody has an explanation on why the call is getting dropped every time. For some or the other reason the call is dropped in middle.

Please help me to amplify the issue and make it reach to the concerned team.
