I have a Flipkart account with the email ID [protected]@gmail.com. I had been an old customer on Flipkart. Recently, I made a purchase on Flipkart which had an issue. The issue was resolved but my account was blocked in the next few days.
The brief summary of events that happened is as follows:
1. I had ordered a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra-mobile from Flipkart.
2. Because of my busy schedule I remain outside the home for most of the day. I had put my friend's address for the delivery.
3. The phone was timely delivered. However, when I checked the phone it appeared to have signs o[censored]sage and a damaged back panel.
4. I, then, raised a return request which was later approved by Flipkart. The pickup person who came took the product and I was satisfied. However, the same night, I got a mail that the pickup product mismatched the original product. I had to repeat the return request because I had no other option. The person who picked up the phone for the first time came back the next day and told me that one tag is missing from the box and this is mandatory for return. I asked him why he didn't tell me this the first time, to which he replied that his in-charge verifies tags at the e-cart office. He rejected the return again.
5. I, then, opened a fresh request with Flipkart stating the problems I faced and again my return was approved for the third time. This time the pickup person understood the issue and successfully picked the product.
6. I was happy that the issue was resolved. More than 63, 000 rupees amount of the product was in my Flipkart wallet and I thought of making a purchase later. However, a few days back my account was blocked for the stated reason of high return requests. This also means my 63K rupees in Flipkart wallet are gone.
I want to clarify that all return requests were of the same product and issues happened because the pickup person was not well trained about the issues the products can have. I am facing account blockage for just one product return, which was a genuine request. I would request them to at least give me some time to use my wallet amount even if they are going to block me. This is a big amount to ignore. So, kindly help me out.
