I orderd my new phone on 28 may 2022 from flipkart but its 4 july now and now also my order is not shipped so please hep me out

Flipkart walon ne Mera account block kar diya hai bina matlab kahin Bata rahe hain kya bahut return kar chuke hain jabki ham Apne account se do hi Aaj Tak product mangae hain aur ISI ko return aur replace kar rahe the usi ke chalte account band kar diye aur ham koshish kar kar ke thak gaye hain daily date per date yah dete rahte hain lekin mera problem ko solve nahin karte Hain ham aapse agar kar rahe hain ki mera problem kuchh jald se jald chalu aur mere wallet mein bhi ₹4000 hai usko bhi ham use nahin kar pa rahe hain isliye mujhe bahut hi dikkat ho raha hai aur ham dusre ko phone se बार-बार order ko Manga raha hai

Iam flipkart customers now iam order a mobile phone with axis credit card but the payment time it was not success flipkart show a screen transaction was declined on the basis of risk check why plz solve this problem

I have ordered Tokyo talkiee boyfriend black jeans on 25 th june and returned it on 29 th june. Flipkart is showing refund was completed on 1st july. But I didn't received the refund amount of 485 till now. I already contacted customer care and I was told that I used phone pe upi idfor refundml. I don't use phonepe I used Gpay for the transaction and I am providing the screenshot. I already contacted to gpay customer care as told by flipkart customer care representative. And the told me flipkart customer care representative misguided me
Please resolve the as soon as possible.

Someone with the name SNK from Ghatampur, U. P. hacked into my account, changed my number sometime during midnight and order one item. He used my supercoins as well. OTP was sent and received by him. I cane to know this today evening and first i immediately changed my account password. Removed his number for additional access. The number used was [protected].

Please help me to get my super coins back

I have never ordered this product from flipkart. I was forced to take delivery and pay cash on delivery. When I reached to customer care executive they refused to provide any type of help. Such a forced buying without any order is not acceptable. I want to return product and get my money back.

A person hacked into my flipkart account, ordered a havells fan worth rupees 2199/- by cash on delivery. When product came for delivery the person paid the amount through hacked flipkart account gift-card wallet. During the complete process flipkart didn't send any message or OTP accept when the product was delivered, we receive message stating that amount 2199 has been deducted from your flipkart gift card wallet.
We tried to contact the person on his phone number provided on flipkart delivery address. He pick the phone and then switch off the phone.

The person who hacked the account entered following details in delivery address:

Flipkart automatically cancelled my order without my permission and on Flipkart app it was showing that i have cancelled my order Order ID - OD[protected], I have ordered at discounted price but price is increased soo much now .

I have made the payment of my dues of may month but the payment is not updated in the Flipkart app. I have given all the required documents and screenshot of payment to the Flipkart customer care and Flipkart recovery team yet this issue is not solved. After 30 days still the payment is not updated and I am receiving calls for the same.
I have called the customer care about the issue they said it will be solved within 3 days every time I make call but it is not working.
Now when i am trying to pay my june month dues on Flipkart is giving error something went wrong. And they are applying late fees.
But to the lender IDFC Bank the amount of May month is received
Kindly update the dues or I will file complaint in consumer forum

I ordered a pendant wirth rs 182 via flipkart on 11th of june.It was to be delivered on 17th of june but it was not shipped, i waited for few days as told by their executives, being frustrated, i canceled my order on 26th of june as it was yet not shipped. But the app is stating it as canceled requested from 10 days and i am not getting my refund. Everyday i call their executives and everytime they give me a new timeline but they aren't resolving my issue . It's been approx a month since i ordered my product.

Hello, So i want to update my number on Flipkart but i have lost ny older sim card please help me to fix the issue as I cannot update to my new number as the OTP goes to the older sim card which i do not have.

I have ordered a combo of Lavie sport duffle bag from @Flipkart for Rs.1979 as it was clearly mentioned in the title and also in picture as a Set of 2 which means 2 bags for the price of 1979 so i thought its a great deal and purchased the item. But when the order delivered was I got only 1 bag [proof = image attached]. So I immediately tried creating return at that time I saw that the quantity was clearly mentioned as 1 in the return creation page (which was not mentioned in the main product page) - [proof = screenshot attached]. Hence contacted the customer support and explained them all the details as mentioned above. They apologized for the inconvenience caused and they said have created a case to the concern team to take return of this 1 item and issue full refund. Its so evident that the seller who is selling this product only has to change the title and images as per the quantity he mentioned in the description to avoid confusions like this. But after the call i got an email from the concerned team asking for my ID proofs like Aadhar/DL/Voter ID [proof = screenshot attached] for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. then why verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery person. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers? wherein government only recently asked the citizens not to share the aadhar card info with anyone and insisted to use masked Aadhar for any purpose.

Hello, so my old sim card is lost and i want to update it to the new number. I have tried changing but the OTP goes to the old number which i don't have. So please assist me into updating my new number. Thank you.
