I order a paul jordan dark grey shirt from Flipkart, But a stain mark on tshirt, So i file a replacement order. But My replace product not delivered me, and in app it's showing delivered, I again raised a complaint on Flipkart on 16 june 2022.Till now I didn't get any type of solution from Flipkart, today my return policy over, what I have to do..

    On 24th April, 2022 I ordered realme Buds Air 3 with Fast Charge & Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) from Flipkart and I received the order on 26th April, 2022. And unfortunately the item I received was a wrong and completely different item instead of my buds and original product I received a USB charging cable of any other brand named ZINQ in the box. On the same day I raised the complaint and since that day to till date I have been only assured for a resolution but not given one. I have raised like 100+ call me back requests but the agents and also the agents either just cuts the call in between or just raises a new complaint on my behalf gives a timeline of 48 hours, but nobody contacts me and the complaint gets automatically closed I have raised like 13+ complaints but each time after complaint closure they just tells me that the complaint is closed due to system error and they raises a new complaint gives me a certain timeline and then that complaint also closes automatically, this is the loop I have been bearing since very long and they are just mentally harassing me.
    My product’s pickup was arranged by the backhand team on 12th June, 2022 and the courier partner cancelled the pickup withiut even contacting me once mentioning that I have decide to keep the product (which is a usb cable) then I wrote a mail to the team even then they have not responded yet and the mail was as follows :-
    Courier partner has cancelled the pickup of my product syating that I have decided to keep the product. I was not even contacted by the courier partner even once, and they have updated this from their end, god knows with whose permission? Please stop harassing me, it's hight time now. Neither your backhand team is giving me a call back after 6 30 PM for the resolution as the product's manual refund needs to be done and I was asked for the bank details which I shared. But no refund has been credited yet.. you guys are just making fool out of me. And every time I contact your customer care they only given me a time line of 24 to 48 hours by raising a concern, highlighting, escalating to the priority department, etc etc. I have been following up since 28th april, 2022. Please atleast tell me if you don't want to refund the amount, just for god sake clearly state me this.. So that I can go ahead by loosing the hope.
    Backhand team called me on 4th June and informed me that they will manually refund me as complaints are closing again and again due to technical issues. And I have shared my bank details as well as asked by them, but they didn’t responded to that even. I have attached proof of this in the complaint.

        Delivery issue in Hyderabad it hub at pin code 500032

        From last 6 month we are facing issue with Flipkart delivery in Hyderabad IT hub area in Gachibowli, this is shocking since Amazon and others deliver with very short time . Please look into it, I am sure lot of Flipkart customers are unhappy about it ....

        Update from Flipkart CUSTOMER Service for [Incident: IN[protected]]

        I had ordered eardopes from flipkart for boat. However, I had received different product in the package inside. The seal of the boat box insdie was already broken. I raised a replacement request in 2 hours of delivery. They offered me replacement. Nobody called me for replacement and they marked the replacement product as delivered without OTP verification and the due procedure that we have. I have been trying to resolve this from last 20 days but no response. Flipkart is neither giving ne actual product nor my money back. Gave me this ### which is of no use. I have attached my incident number and images of the fake product that I had got. I will upload the pics later after decompressing them.

        It has not been delivered to me. Courier partner can say whatever. I have not received the merchandise and still have the same package with me. My replacement request has been updated as delivered out of the blue without even reachin out to me. I want my money back. First I had got a fake product which is not what I ordered then I am not being provided what I had asked for replacement

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I bought an apple Mac mini M1 computer from flipkart on 16th June 2022 and i received my shipment on 18th June 2022. I received my product in good condition and is working but when i tried to register my computer with apple in order to activate my warranty on [https://checkcoverage.apple.com/] with serial number provided on my box it showed me that my purchase date is not validated in order to validate my purchase date in contacted apple via phone call and after explaining my problem the concerned department asked me for my invoice to that they can verify manually and update my purchase date according to invoice i.e provided by flipkart.
                After checking my invoice apple informed me that my product serial number is not mentioned on invoice instead they mentioned some other number from my box and they can only validate my purchase date of serial number that starts from letter C is printed on my invoice and hence they asked me to contact flipkart and get a new invoice with my correct serial number on it.

                Since then I am continuously contacting flipkart but they just keep on closing my case and now one case is open that says my resolution date as 28th June 2022 but till now i only received one call from flipkart asking proof of apple denying to update my warranty. I requested apple support they shared a written email with me and I did sent that email to flipkart but no resolution or whatsoever has been done till now.

                I am just suffering as i bought such an expensive product from flipkart but no support or help is being provided instead they are just passing time.
                It only a matter of one day of they try to solve my problem but no support...and no proper escalation of ticket.

                My resolution date was 28th of June 2022 but somehow on 28th. I received a call from flipkart asking to share picture of my original brand box in which serial number is visible and i did shared required pictures on 28th June then my resolution date was updated from 28th June To 29th June after that even on 29th i received no update or call or whatsoever. Now its been 1st of July no resolution date is showing up nor any resolution has been made yet.

                I request if there is any person how can resolve my problem.
                please help me and if you are a buyer this is a lesson for you.
                I am paying price of buying from flipkart.

                  My relatives and friends sent me flipkart gvs as gifts on 29th may but 6*5k gvs are deactivated now without any reason. kindly reactivate my gvs or refund sender's money.

                    Sir,

                    I was ordered a product named 'Redgear Elite USB Gamepad' from Flipkart worth Rs.892 on 6th June 2022 with order id OD[protected]. The order was prepaid and the payment mode was UPI. Due to some personal reason I was cancelled the product on the same date on 6th June 2022. Flipkart was accepted my cancellation request and was notified me through sms that my refund should be credited on 8th June 2022.

                    The refund status showing as '892.0 has been refunded to your UPI linked bank account on Jun 08
                    For any questions, please contact your bank with reference number[protected]'

                    I waited for so long. But till now I haven't received my refund in my bank account.

                    I was contacted so many time to the flipkart customer service but everytime they said that your refund is completed. But actually it's not done. As a proof I also sent them my bank statement through email, but they are not giving any solution on refund and everytime they cutted my call in the moddle of conversation and they marked my issue as resolved without solving my issue. I also tried to contact my bank account with the refrence number given by flipkart. But the bank saying that they didn't received any refund from merchant flipkart.

                    So please persue the matter avobe, which I am suffering with the flipkart refund. I am so much fraustrated with this and no body resolving my probelm .

                      Flipkart employs under aged and unskilled people to pickup exchange products.
                      Inspite of fulfilling all conditions of exchange, the delivery person did not accept the exchange and rejected delivery.
                      If they don’t want to pickup the old phone then why do they provide exchange offers on site

Order is showing shipped since 11th June still order is undelivered.                             I have placed an order : OD[protected] on 30th May 2022 for red color kurta and dupatta set, medium size.
                            It wasn’t fit me well and also I didn’t like the color. So, I raised the exchange request for blue color and XL size.
                            On 9th June, I received a call from delivery boy, I wasn’t not at home at that time and requested him to please come next day but he never came and never delivered the exchanged item but marked the status as delivered. The same day I informed the customer care for the same. They asked me to wait for few days and next delivery attempt will happen but it never happened and the exchange was cancelled itself on 10th June and the issue was marked as resolved.
                            Again I have reached out to customer care and asked them to return this product as I didn’t want to keep it anymore. So, I raised the return request.
                            Now, after 2 weeks of wait. Delivery agent came on 25th June and he denied to receive the product as the color of the product was blue on his system and I was having the red one which was never exchanged but marked as exchanged with blue in system.
                            Again I contacted customer care, they said will resolve my issue but I can see my return request has been rejected again.
                            After waiting 1 month, I have wasted my time and money.
                            This is something I have never expected from Flipkart. I have always been a loyal customer to flipkart and a plus member also.
                            I don’t see any help from flipkart. I request the concerned team to take appropriate action asap. As I have already wasted lots of time itself.

                            Summary : I have red kurta and dupatta set but in system it shows it was exchanged with blue one( which was never happened). Now I want to return this product but delivery agent rejected because I am having red color item and their system shows blue color item.

                                  I order a Dell g15 5515 laptop of 68k inr from Flipkart on 22th june 2022. It is Flipkart assured product and by Flipkart assured product Flipkart means that it will be delivered with in 2-4 days which means it should be delivered by 25th-26th June 2022 and at 1st the delivery date was 25th June 2022 but on 25th June 2022 suddenly they changed the delivery date to 28th June 2022 . The main problem araised because of this sudden change is I was going to leave the city on 26th June 2022 night and that's why I ordered a f assured product before my departure date and they delayed the delivery and I had to cancel my plan. I also want to add a highlighting point here that my order is currently at raipur a city which is just 1 hr far from my city and they are taking 3 days to deliver something which is just 1 hr far from my city . The level of time waste there logistic workers do you can understand and there is no climatic problem like storm flood or some dangerous virus is out here now so they are just making you wait for nothing .

                                  I am really not satisfied with this trash treatment and system of Flipkart in which they break there own policies . My order cost me 68k inr it is not some cheap stuff plus it is f assured product and such major delays on delivery just show how careless Flipkart is with there logistics services .

                                  Plus If you will cancel the order them they will also charge you cancellation fee according to there policies and also According to there policies they are supposed to deliver a f assured product with in 2-4 days .

                                  It's was not 1st time Flipkart delivery made me unstatisfied with there service before 1or2 year ago I order a phone of 25k inr from Flipkart and it was too f assured but still they delivered it 1 mnth later . The Flipkart is such a trash in there service field that when you consult there help center staff they just keep forwarding your request from one to another and the every time they just reply in the samne manner like a bot . And they also don't give a [censored] about what concerns and problems you will face becz of there sudden change in delevery .

                                  I will never order anything from Flipkart now because of there non trustable service and bad policies .

                                  If there is any kind of law to file a complaint against Flipkart for breaking there own policies then surely I will file it .

                                    I have ordered an Trolly bag from flipcart and Paid the billed amount while my order. It was saying that my product will reach me by 20th May 2022, same day I got a sms with the delivery person number. Since I'm a flying crew I wont be able to collect the product incase they deliver by 21, so on 20th around 21 00hrs I made a call to that delivery person and informed the same thing that i[censored] could deliver my product today itself, I wont be able to collect it and inform him that he can deliver the product if it's late night also; he replayed me that it will be delivered in 1 hr . But what happened that after 1 hr I got a delivered message message, and the product yet to be delivered, immediately I called the same person number but he did not attend the call.as soon as this happened I raised a complaint on flipcart and I got a replay saying that it will be sorted out by on or before 25, and didn't happend it now.
                                    Since it was very important to get that product, I lost my money and precious 5 days behind this
                                    So kindly do the needful to sort this issue and take necessary action against the delivery partner as well as the flipcart people who haven't responded yet, .I have all the records along with call recording for your reference if needed

                                      The application was put to close the pay later account(idfc first bank account), to flipkart and closing amount was also paid. But when checked with my cibil score report it was clearly visible that the account is not closed. When complained to flipkart (during december 2021), i was informed that it will be updated within 52 days. But till date the update is not made, and the same is affecting my cibil score, which is leading to creating loan approval issues.

                                      All this has been regularly update to flipkart, even the cibil score report was sent to them, but no serious action was taken by them.

                                      The customer service from flipkart is sending mail, but no call has been made from their end, to solve the problem.
