On 24th April, 2022 I ordered realme Buds Air 3 with Fast Charge & Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) from Flipkart and I received the order on 26th April, 2022. And unfortunately the item I received was a wrong and completely different item instead of my buds and original product I received a USB charging cable of any other brand named ZINQ in the box. On the same day I raised the complaint and since that day to till date I have been only assured for a resolution but not given one. I have raised like 100+ call me back requests but the agents and also the agents either just cuts the call in between or just raises a new complaint on my behalf gives a timeline of 48 hours, but nobody contacts me and the complaint gets automatically closed I have raised like 13+ complaints but each time after complaint closure they just tells me that the complaint is closed due to system error and they raises a new complaint gives me a certain timeline and then that complaint also closes automatically, this is the loop I have been bearing since very long and they are just mentally harassing me.
My product’s pickup was arranged by the backhand team on 12th June, 2022 and the courier partner cancelled the pickup withiut even contacting me once mentioning that I have decide to keep the product (which is a usb cable) then I wrote a mail to the team even then they have not responded yet and the mail was as follows :-
Courier partner has cancelled the pickup of my product syating that I have decided to keep the product. I was not even contacted by the courier partner even once, and they have updated this from their end, god knows with whose permission? Please stop harassing me, it's hight time now. Neither your backhand team is giving me a call back after 6 30 PM for the resolution as the product's manual refund needs to be done and I was asked for the bank details which I shared. But no refund has been credited yet.. you guys are just making fool out of me. And every time I contact your customer care they only given me a time line of 24 to 48 hours by raising a concern, highlighting, escalating to the priority department, etc etc. I have been following up since 28th april, 2022. Please atleast tell me if you don't want to refund the amount, just for god sake clearly state me this.. So that I can go ahead by loosing the hope.
Backhand team called me on 4th June and informed me that they will manually refund me as complaints are closing again and again due to technical issues. And I have shared my bank details as well as asked by them, but they didn’t responded to that even. I have attached proof of this in the complaint.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
