[Resolved]  Flipkart — I am complaining about syska power bank

I have ordered a power bank of syska from your shopping app, the model number is x-110, capacity 11000mah/40.7wh.
It was working nicely but from a few days its not working properly. I am not able to charge my phone. I am facing troubles due to this problem the charge in the power bank is also sufficient but not working as smoothly as it needs to be. Please look into my matter seriously. Hoping to get a solution from your side.

Issue: Issues while claiming the warranty as no support from the brand.

Resolution: Brand details were shared with the customer, and customer replied to us stating she is now getting an help from the brand to resolve the issue and hence she is happy with the services, also she says if no proper support received from the brand she will get back to us. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
