I am complaining about the product Lenovo vibe p1 m. where I got the defective product. I got the product on I believe 7 Dec 2015 but it has defect so call flip kart to replace it bur he denied then I insisted so he took the request for replacement. He promised that you will receive the order on 10th Dec but I did not receive it. My number was updated but the phone require Nono SIM so I cut my SIM. I was unable to use my SIM because phone is replaced yet. I am new in banglore and I dont have phone to use. Flip kart made me in trouble. I cant tell you how am I frustrated. I keep calling customer care representative but no one is listening. Every body saying the same thing that I understand your concern but no one is helping. my order shipped by Ekart Logistics so I have been calling them since yesterday but they customer care number is busy. I am unable to focus on my work and I have sent couple of email but I am getting the same response. I talked to couple of Floor manager of flip kart but no one is helping.
