[Resolved]  Flipkart — i am complaining about the replacement order of incorrect refrigerator delivery

Dear team,

I have booked for a samsung 345 lts digital invertor refrigerator on 24-sep-2017. I got the first order with a physical damage (Dent on the door) when the logistics team themselves opened the pack. I have placed a replacement request and i received a replacement on oct 9th with a different model (Not the one which i booked), a smaller refrigerator. So i have raised again a replacement request and after that due to some issue in the logistics or labelling i got a order of ifb washing machine on oct 12th. I rejected it saying i was expecting a refrigerator which i have ordered and not the washing machine. Later they informed there is an issue with the label and with same address ifb washing machine has come. After this i did not receive any call or support from flipkart team and replacement order was not done correctly. Every day i call the team, they say within 24 hrs i would get resolution and refrigerator will be replaced. But this did not happen till date.

The sad part is they update in the website saying "shipment has reached hub near to you. Customer rejected". I am surprised the way they are managing the website portal as we did not receive any call /replacement till now.

I request the team to please take an action on this and provide me a replaced refrigerator as i even gave my existing refrigerator in exchange.
