[Resolved]  Flipkart — I am having problem in returning it

I ordered a hand bag and also made the payment through cash on delivery on 20th July. But today when I came to return the product, I saw that I had not received the order yet in filpkart application Now I cancelled it and got my supercoin back but did not get any money.
This has been happening with me since last month Whatever I order I send it and if I return it but they don't take it, yes I called to there customer support executive they forward my complaint to there higher authority to escalate but return is visible for 7/8 hours only then there backend team cancelled that return option which is wrong! Even I asked several time why is this happening they told me that I have returned many items so far so the system does not take it anymore which is not justified I returned because I am getting a different product. my order id is OD[protected] I am not able to see any direction, that is why I have come here to write and raise a complaint. I hope will get help from you people so that get my money (rupees 3, 610/-) back.
