[Resolved] Flipkart — I have received a faulty damaged product | |||
Order id-od[protected] Return id-[protected] I placed a order on 13/05/2018 on 8am and received a faulty product on 14/05/2018 7pm. I ordered a yu yureka 2 64gb gold variant which is faulty and false. There is big defect in its hardware and software. It's sim tray is jammed and damaged by which i am not able to insert a sim in a mobile & its google play services are disabled. I have taken the mobile to its company service center within when i received the mobile where they denied me the services because the mobile was faulty in both sections hardware and software. I am feeling cheated now because flipkart quality assurance check and seller has done a fraud with me. I request flipkart to initiate my refund within no time or else i have to filled a legal action for unfair trade practices & such a mental agony through which i suffered.
