Flipkart — I kall n4 tablet | |||
I purchased a i kall n4 tablet from flipkart. I opt for black color tablet but they sent me a white one so i requested flipkart to replace the white one with black one but flipkart sent me white color tablet again so i left complaining again to flipkart to replace it and started using the tablet but after some days the battery of the tablet start creating problem. While charging it suddenly reach to 100 percent from 32 (Or near to 30 percent) and while using the tablet it suddenly turn off. So i register a complain to i kall so they said that we will replace it. After i received the replacement i started checking the tablet that is there every thing correct with the tablet but it was a 8 gb and i purchased a 16 gb. So i told i mall team that you have sent a 8 gb instead of 16 so again they told me they will replace it. Then again they sent a defective tablet of which sim slot is not working, touch issue, and it was not volte so again i told them they again told me we will replace it. But this time they have just crossed the limits they sent the same tablet of which i complaint for (Last replacement that i have received).
