[Resolved]  Flipkart — I ordered a combo product but received only one out of three products and the refund is not being initiated. OD[protected]

On 17th October 2021, I ordered Lotus Herbals Combo worth Rs 1699 which was a prepaid order. The product was delivered on 28th October, 2021. I ordered for a combo of two Creame and one serum. Out of the three I received only one product that too was in a used condition. I immediately complained the customer service and they told me that I will get the refund of the same and they told me that I have to send my government issued document for verification through a reply of the mail sent to them. I tried for about 10 times to send my documents (adhar card) but could not send as there always came an error from mail delivery system. After that I opened the Flipkart app and tried sending the documents from there but the techical problem arises there as well and I was unable to send my documents for verification. I spoke to the customer support executive and then she told to cancel the return request and create a new return request and do the verification process. But then also the verification was not successful as there was a technical glitch from flipkart. I tried damn hard to send the documents but due to technical glitch of flipkart, I was unable to send. My money was also wasted. I don't know why I have to suffer due to the technical glitch of flipkart. This is very bad. I need the refund ASAP
