Flipkart Big Billion Scam

I have ordered poco m3 4/64 variant from flipkart during big billion days. My order was shipped on time. But when it comes to delivery. It was delayed for more than 5 day. They raised an issue but the issues was not at all taken care i was just getting different dates everytime i called the flipkart customer care.

Finally on the fifth day after the expected delivery date a delivery boy came with my product but he was not at...

No compensation provided

Ordered my phone on 3rd of October initially the delivery date was showing 8 of October it got rescheduled to 10th of October after that I just contact to the Flipkart team and they we decide they are facing some issue and I have to wait till 14th of October and they will provide me a desired resolution against the the complaint that I have raised but I didn't receive any such information from Flipkart

I wanted to buy a mobile but I waited for Big Billion Days as I can get good mobiles at great price. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy F62 with an exchange option waking up in the middle of the night.

ETA for delivery is given as OCT 5 and it was on time but when the ekart delivery person inspected my mobile he right away rejected the mobile saying my mobile has scratches on screen.

Item not delivered yet inspite of rescheduled delivery date

I have ordered a action camera on 03Oct2021 paying the full amount. The product is promised to be delivered to me by 09Oct2021, but they have not delivered the product by the promised date. Complaint against ASUS ROG 5 phone

Dumping useless products and refund delay

Recently I have ordered a mobile + tempered glass + pouch

They automatically cancelled the order for mobile and pouch but not the tempered glass

They dumped a useless tempered glass on me. It has no use since they cancelled the order for mobile

The refund for pouch 200 rupees is successful but 21000 rupees for mobile is failed.

Till now I haven't received this money. They keep extending...

Wrong Laptop delivered

My Order ID : OD[protected]

The Laptop I order was Dell Inspiron 3511. Instead of this I got Dell 3000 i3 processor. The specification are completely different. I have reached multiple times to the Flipkart team but did not got any update.

My delivery was also extremely late now its been 12 days and my issue is still not resolved...

Big Problem with Item Delivery

Ordered Smart watch in big billion day sale, but not delivered yet, everytime shippment date is getting extended. I don't hope whether i will get the product in next expected delivery date..else I will cancel this order.Every poor service of Flipkart, Mich recommended Amazon for online shopping, Shopping from Amazon from last 7 years, but no single issue yet.
